Not happy. The parking at this location is always bad but today the service was terrible too. Ordered 2 of the same sandwiches and somehow the order came out with 2 different sandwiches. And the sandwiches were done way before my 2 identical lattes that came out after 3 people behind us got their blended drinks. Not coming back, there are too many locations for them to be this bad. I have choices.

So I went into Starbucks today and ordered a strawberry acai very light ice… And I actually got that! Finally! I hate ordering that drink and getting nothing but a cup full of ice after specifically asking for light ice. Thank you Megan for making my drink!

Great service. The employees are always so nice when they take my order and I pull up! They make my idea by asking how I’m doing. They always make my Frap exactly how I want it. Caramel frappuccino with extra extra extra caramel and a added shot! Tastes amazing everytime. Also have to add that the drive thru is so fast.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since it opened, and so far, I haven’t had any issues with them. I’m very particular with my venti iced white chocolate mocha (light ice, only 1 shot espresso, 7 pumps white mocha, soy milk, no whip) and they always get it right! The reason why I’m giving them one less star is because of their small parking lot. There aren’t enough spaces.

I can honestly say I have never experienced such poor professionalism in any Starbucks such as this location. Anna the employee working early Easter morning had the most rude attitude having an I am right you are wrong attitude. We ordered only two coffees and she questioned an order for 8 total coffees as she dumped two coffees from the car ahead of us. We repeated our order she walked away brought two coffees to us. Rang us up My husband asked her to repeat our order She very sarcastic «I gave you what I repeated to you. Asking for the manager & explaining the demeanor of her employee Anna continued with her smart mouth in front of her manager. The manager not even apologizing for her employees attitude. Horrible customer Service on this morning never experienced this at this location before today. And the manager allowing makes me believe her leadership needs to be reviewed by Starbucks.

I stopped at this location to buy drinks today. I ordered 2 frappuccinos and a Acai Iced tea, all large (venti). When I got the tea it was about ¾ full, so having paid $ 5 for it I asked the barista to fill it up. He looked at me with a piss look and put a scoop of ice on it. I asked another employee to fix the issue and he talked to the first barista who in turn laughed out loud. Manager and employees need more training. We all know we pay premium prices at Starbucks when we can get equal drinks at other places, but we go because its supposed friendly service. I guess that quote by the counter about getting right or doing it again is a lie.

This Starbucks is a great destination store. It is freestanding, which gives it a lot of square footage.
The drive through line literally cuts off anyone trying to enter on the west side of the building. Other than that the parking lot is pretty easy.
The interior is very wide and open. There is a lot of room in here. There are tables, high chairs, and very comfortable leather chairs. The noise of the blenders and espresso machines is very minimal, leading to a very peaceful environment.
The baristas are nice, and the drink quality is also good. Highly recommended.

The location is better than the previous one across the street. It’s your standard Starbucks. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice latte which was served room temperature and the top of the drink was two inches from the top of the cup. Not impressed.

People were extremely friendly! But the drinks weren’t made accurately. Pretty sure my green tea lattes were missing some more matcha. They tasted like watered down milk.

It’s extremely hard to get an iced coffee order wrong, but this particular Starbucks seems to be very consistent at it. The only Starbucks I have been to that serves a whole cup of cream in their iced coffee.
Tip for the baristas: if the coffee is almost white, that’s way too much cream…

Worst barista service ever. Totally not nice and rude. It was like I was asking her to go out of her way when I ordered, and she was even ruder and impatient when I was trying to pull up my Starbucks account on my phone. Plus, I was the only person in line!

I love this Starbucks! It’s in a great location on Imperial and La Mirada near Biola University, and the drive-​thru is handy when you need something fast. It is always very clean inside and the bathrooms are nice. I have never seen the line here too long inside, but the chairs and tables are always packed with college students. The reason I give it 3 stars is because there never seems to be a place to sit down because of all the students, and the parking lot here is horrible!!! It’s horrible! It’s so small, and sometimes even if there is a spot open, you can’t get to it because of the drive-​thru line blocks you. Overall a nice Starbucks, but expect to not get a parking spot or a table to sit inside.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since it was opened couple months ago. I’m glad they moved from the old store to this store. This location is pretty big and plenty of seating which is quite nice and also has an drive-​thru. The baristas there are very nice and they know your name too. So far, they’re doing a great job.
For drinks, I usually go for frappuccino. My usual drink is the caramel white mocha frappuccino with extra caramel. I just can’t live without my frappuccino. I know, I’m an coffee addict.
If you haven’t been to this store, then try it out.
