It is 2016. I can not use my own credit/debit card to pay my moms bill online or by phone. Get with the program people!

It’s the year 2015, close to the 4th quarter of the year, to be exact, and there is still no way to pay your bill with a credit or debit card online. The website states they are working on it. They should have been working on it years ago. I tried using their after hours drop box last night, only to find it completely stuffed. I could have pulled out the previous person’s crumpled-up bill that they stuffed in the slot. Obviously, I didn’t, but I also didn’t want my payment to be so exposed and compromised, so it was a wasted trip to the drop box, and I have to make another trip in the morning to pay in person to avoid having my water shut off. As somebody who works graveyard hours and is usually asleep during business hours, this crosses the line of inconvenient and into the realm of TOTALLYRIDICULOUS, THATIN2015, THEREISSTILLNOOTHERWAYTOPAYTHANBYMAIL, AUTOBANKPAY, ORINPERSON. They should also get a bigger drop box to avoid making that service completely useless when it’s overstuffed.

Suburban Water Systems left an important notice late 7⁄20: water service would be off 7⁄21 while they perform repairs from 8am to 5pm. They did not start work until well after 3pm and it is 9:45 pm now and they are still out there working, making a great deal of noise(heard over tv and ac). I hope they wrap it up soon, as some of us have to wake up early and have toddlers that require sleep. They’ve had 3 days to repair the water leak, we are in a drought — why did it take this long to repair and why did they start so late in the day??? We are highly disappointed with SWS, today’s actions are clearly unprofessional and disrespectful.

It sucks they close at 4:30. They offer no online or by phone payment. I always come in early so service has always been quick.

Most unprofessional service ever. Water was turned off because I forgot to pay the bill. I went in and paid it in the morning and was assured my water would be turned back on by 5PM that night. I got home from work and STILLNOTHING. I call and their office closes by 430 which is ridiculous. No way to just pay your bill online. No way to pay with debit/credit card. No direct payment method. All around primitive and unprofessional service.
