Allstate Insurance: Lincole Lin

The WORST insurance agency, a shame to AllStates Insurance Company. We’ve been with AllStates for so many years through this agency without asking them to do anything for us, but when I got a collision accident a few years ago due to a car driven by some illegal alien suddenly stopped behind my car in the Non-​Parking Zone when I backed out of the parking space and T-​boned it, I called this terrible agent for help and advice.
Guess what? The female person who answered my call just gave me an advice: «Please hang up and call AllStates toll free number.» WTF?! This agency obviously didn’t train their employees how to handle and treat their customers when they are in need of their help. This was what I got from this lousy agency. I don’t even know how AllStates would have agreed to let this godawful agency to represent them and handle their clients and matters.
I strongly suggest that nobody goes with this agency no matter what. If all they could offer for us is to tell us to call our insurance company’s 800 numbers directly, we don’t need the unqualified stupid agent to be our middleman. WTF?!
