I am posting an update… picked up my glasses today and was seen promptly by both Dana, the glasses tech, and Dr Hartstein. Was in and out in 35 mins. I appreciate that the Dr came in and discussed my previous review with an open mind and positive demeanor. He apologized and is making changes to improve his service. I give him credit for facing this head on! I am willing to give them another shot. Changing Dr’s after 13 years is not something I wish to do. Thanks Dr H!
