Walked in and was greeted. I ordered a dozen donuts which was quickly filled. It was well lit and clean. I will be back.

I will never again visit this location. I’ve never been to one and had a hankering for donuts so decided to give them a try. They had a drive thru. Great! I used it. I ordered, handed her my card and DENIED! There was a card limit, at a donut shop. $ 5. Really? I hate business that try to bully customers into paying their fees. The woman behind the counter told me to «buy more stuff». Instead I took my card elsewhere and bought nothing. Terrible experience.

Have to agree with Laila, like they are doing a favor. Always out of jalapeño and kaloches and of course that is what I have to get. I usually go out of my way to go to this customer in order to go to another shipley to get them.

They always have enough donuts(even late on a Saturday morning) and the people are nice. And they load the donuts up with icing. We choose to go to this Shipleys over the one that is one mile from us.

Omgosh worst customer service EVER. Like how you going to get my order wrong and have an attitude about it all the time. Never a smile just ran by a bunch of ladies who barely speak English. When I asked for a refund the lady starts muttering her breath kinda slams the money in my hand and shoots me a ugly look. Great reminder why I stopped going to this particular one.
