Whataburger

Every time I order food through the drive thru they get my order wrong. They either forget my fries, make my burger wrong, or forget my Ck gravy. It’s quite aggregating but I always give them another chance in hopes that I will get my meal as I ordered it. The last time that I went, they made my burger wrong. I asked for a burger plain and dry with ketchup only. They gave me a burger with ketchup and jalapeños. My husband called and spoke to the manager as she was very apologetic. She offered to make us a new burger so he went back. When he got home, we checked it and they had made it wrong again! This time they added cheese! Frustrated does not even begin to explain how we felt. By this time we had both lost our appetite and the manager blamed it on the «teenagers» working there. I always try to avoid driving to the Whataburger on spencer but I will definitely take a trip to that one after so many time they have messed up my order.

Not only is the honey BBQ chicken sandwich the best thing since sliced bread, I also enjoy being visited by their customer service liaison Billy. Not because he’s special needs, but he is clearly passionate about the job and obviously one of the hardest working individuals they have on staff. Everybody give it up for Billy!

Typical burger/​chicken sandwich place. good food at reasonable prices.
My only issue was their multi grain bun. too dry and a weird aftertaste. stick to the regular bun, you will enjoy it better.

I moved away from Texas 15 years ago and have been telling everyone about the best burger… the Whataburger. Now that I am back in Houston it was time to go back and remember my favorite. And I wasn’t disappointed!!! What a great hamburger! All of my questions…(is a Sonic #2 burger really the best?) were put to rest when I got my Whataburger… it is still the finest burger I’ve ever had.
I don’t remember the top service… they deliver it to your table and hover over you long enough to make sure you have every sauce and condiment… or if you need a refill of your drink. Great service to go along with what is, again, the best burger I’ve ever known.
