so I got referred by a friend here. i need to body match paint my front bumper lip so why not give it a shot… james is such nice guy. he gave me a reasonable quote. so i brought the bumper lip on a thursday noon. james told me it’ll be done by saturday. the next day, which is friday, got a call from james saying my front lip is done and ready to be install. so i rushed going to the shop. very excited. can’t believe they just did it in 1 day lol. some shops out there takes a week or two. im so impressed. i would recommend this shop to everyone, james and b1 auto got you. if i can give 10 stars on this review i would. thanks james and b1 auto from a very satisfied customer

Had my whole front suspension replaced here… James is a good ol fashion honest guy. They worked on my infintiti g20 for hours and had it ready when I needed the car back. Happy I got my work done here. THANKS JAMES!!!

B1 auto really came through for me. I was recently in the market for some new rims and tires for my 2015 Honda Fit, after looking at rent a wheel and other horrible places, I found b1 auto. James helped my by showing me different selections of rims and tires that he was able to get and kept in contact with me when I would try to get ahold of him. They have a great selection and prices, but what I like most about b1 is that they’re way more than a body shop, they can do pretty much anything here from installing exhaust, to lowering your car. I’m definitely coming back here for anything else I need done to my ride.

Job was promised to be completed in 3 weeks and it was not kept. It took a total of 2 months to complete my car, And kept payment during the whole time. Not only that but there were numerous flaws. I took my car for a second chance but still the same result delay after delay. Horrible place Don’t take your car here.

I met the owner of b1auto at bamboo bistro at our old family restaurant. I took my car here for a paint job from a vandalism that cost $ 1000 a readjustment was done here instead of going to GEICO and I paid the owner James Rizel $ 500 +1400+ from GEICO almost $ 2000 for a full paint job. I kept calling him but he does not get back to you at all. After a year my car is peeling paint and I found out it wasn’t painted right correctly!

I came back today with my 2year warranty on the car coming from San Fernando Valley and he didn’t want to repaint my car or a refund. I mentioned I’m filing my civil rights in court and reporting to police dept. And I do understand the severeness that his family went through a lot but it also goes for everyone. I trusted B1Auto. And another guy was there who said they go way back name Mike Juarez said he had his truck left there for two months still not finished and paid over $ 3000. Extremely unprofessional and do not trust this company again.

Horribleeeee service, they kept my bf’s truck for 2 months, they didn’t paint it and they kept the money that was paid… Im not talking about 100’s… when we went to pick up the truck one of the guys got upset and tried to hit my bf. we even had to call the police. The whole thing turned violent.
Please people be careful with these people, very unprofessional, irresponsible and violent!

I want to start by saying this is a good shop. They took care of my parts in a timely manner. I paid for what I got and for the price I have no complaints.
However, my first complaint is based on the service regarding phones. Please guys, hire a secretary to manage your office and phones. You are the MOST DIFFICULT people to get a hold of. I called multiple times a few days in a row with no answer. My parts were supposed to be done on a day and you guys didnt answer the phone so I could check in. The next day you finally answer and say it wont be ready for even another day. No big deal, just communication issues. Look into getting a secretary though.
Not really a complaint but «Bondo» was used on my trunk. I have deep scratches also from the «sanding» and multiple shops have told me it was an awful job. I however, like how it came out. It is color matched and looks close to original paint.
If you want to stay cheap and have some decent work done then I would recommend these guys. I haven’t had anything else done so I dont know how well their «quality» work looks. Mine is good for the price and I am a happy customer.

I was referred to James by a friend after I was in a car accident. It was my first time getting into one and didn’t know what to do. I met with James and he went through the whole insurance process with me. He is very helpful and they repaired my car like it just came out of the dealership. Highly recommendable.
