Burger King

Been wanting to try the 5 for $ 4 deal I’ve been hearing about. So I decided to buy that deal last night and bought it to go. As soon as I went home. I went for the fries first and the fries were pretty stale. Seemed like or basically probably the batch of fries they came from were from the morning. Next I went to the chicken nuggets and wow, they were also stale and did not taste so fresh. And the jr bacon cheeseburger tasted okay. The burger was better than the fries and nuggets. But still I wasn’t satisfied with the lack of freshness to the fries and nuggets. I also tried the cookie the deal came with. And wow… it was almost as hard as a brick.
There’s not that much BKs around here since the one I usually go to in Glendora just closed down and I went out of my way just to get Burger King but y experience was bleh.
Shoulda just got the Wendy’s 4 for 4 deal.
Basically this BK gives BK a bad rep. The store owner should definitely re evaluate on how to run his franchise.

Worst customer service ever! Shift Manager has absolutely no people skills and has no idea of the meaning of customer service. She was running the drive thru window, when I got my food I realized the hamburger was too small for my teenagers so I asked to order 2 more. Her response was that I had to go around the drive thru again… I was shocked but went around as she said, figured line wouldn’t take long. I reordered but didnot get to the window again until 15 min later. By then I was very dissapointed in her lack of customer service especially since the food I had was already cold. I got to the window and asked for a refund. As I tried to explain my dissapointment she walked away and left me talking. When she came back she avoided eye contact and was banging register to process refund, she was obviously upset. When I asked for her name she said I’ll tell you when I’m done. Never did she try to correct the issue or try to see if she could turn the situation around to provide good customer service. When she gave me my refund she finally gave me her name” Ana. A N A” I asked if she was the manager and to my surprise this is the shift manager. wow! She said there was no one higher in position at that moment. At the end she finally made eye contact and said thanks have a good night with a fake smile. Could not beleive I received this type of service! I have worked in retail and food service for 15 plus years and there is no way this service is appropriate or acceptable!

There was a LONG strand of hair in my burger. It was disgusting. I would give it negative stars but that’s not possible, I don’t have complaints about the staff in the drive thru.

This place is disgusting. I ordered a whopper and there was a hair. Not just a short little hair A FUCKING LONG STRAND OF HAIR. I had to pull it out of my mouth as I bit into the burger. I hope this place closes or gets new workers that are clean. I am never going back. I would’ve given it negative stars but that’s not possible

Got food poisoning from this place. No more chicken sandwiches for me

Everytime I go to this fast food joint they always find a way to mess up my simple orders. First of all the cashiers are rude and have horrible attitude. They take forever to give you your food. Never go through their drive thru unless you want to wait 20 mins for your food. They need better management.

Slow!!! And the staff is definitely not the greatest… This place needs a total makeover, it looks like it got stuck in the 80’s

Poor poor poor slooooooow very slooooow service. Nothing but dumb bitches with attitude working here. I wish there was another Burger King near by but oh well, I guess I have to suck it up whenever my hubby and daughter are craving Burger King. Because if it was just for me, I would NEVER go back. Ugh

This is THE slowest Burger King drive-​through I’ve ever been to. I was in the area, running some errands, and had a strange craving for BK. I’m not much of a fast food person besides In-​N-​Out. I happened to have a coupon on me, so I went through the drive-​through. I was stuck there for perhaps 20 minutes before I got my food. 20 minutes for fast food! This place destroys the meaning of fast food.
I’ve never been inside to order food, but don’t do the drive-​through. It’s a death trap.
Avoid this place at all costs unless you have absolutely nothing to do and wish to kill time, literally.

I was on my way to meet my kids at the West Covina Summer Concerts and ordered a large iced tea. I got the iced tea and of course, there were no sugar packets near the drink station. I went to the counter to ask for lemon and was told, «We don’t carry lemons.» Well then why do you serve iced tea? And I also don’t like places that don’t have sugar and sugar substitutes at the drink station. Are you too lazy to replenish every once in awhile?
Very poor preparation by the management of this restaurant. I don’t drink much soda anymore, so I’ll go to places that can accommodate the taste of tea drinkers.
By some of the comments, this particular restaurant is not very busy. It’s not difficult to understand why.

Stay away from this drive thru. Waited 15 mins for a kids meal if the food was for me I would have left

The single worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Rude employees and service beyond slow. The food takes incredibly long and it’s still tasteless. Brown lettuce and eighteen minutes to get an oatmeal, I mean really Burger King? Would never ever ever go back here!

this worst burger king experience ever! trash all over the restaurant and the staff are super slow and not busy at all! messed up me and my friends order and got us the wrong cups! all we order were two icee’s! if i could i give zero stars and pls stay away!

So I came yesterday around 8:00 P. M and their was a Young Guy and a Young Lady in the front counter. There was no line what so ever, so Me and my partner came in front where the cash register was and the Guy walk away to the back, and the lady is putting food away as she was working drive thru. I didn’t even get a «Hello» or a «I’LL be right with you» about 5 Minutes pass by and finally the lady that was working the front told me «I’ll be right with you» So about 3 minutes pass by and no help yet. Finally the team leader came out of the back and she ask if she can help us. I was like finally… All I wanted was 2 ICE-​E that’s all and I waited about 15 minutes. Well as soon as I order them I told her «Thank You» and she didn’t even reply, not even with a your welcome or a thank you. Well when she gave me my ICE-​E she finally said thank you. Ummm your a team leader, set the sample and why would you tell me thank you after all the trouble. Learn how to work the floor and manage your team properly. BAD SERVICE…

I wish I could give this dump 0 stars! Gross food and rude ass employees! Stay away from here.

If you wanna die, EAT HERE!. .. Brown lettuce, ends of tomatoes, nasty fries & meat that obviously doesn’t come from a cow. Restaurant is dirty & if you eat here you’ll be dirty too!

I was on the road at lunch time and needed a place to grab a quick bite. There were many choices for fast food in the area, but none of them sounded appealing. I then remembered that Burger King had a new turkey burger, and I wanted to give it a try.
I walk in to the place and the first thing that struck me was that it was empty. Noon on a work day and there were no other customers. I couldn’t see any workers around either. Had The Rapture come and was I left behind? This was seriously eerie. I waited for nearly five minutes before someone appeared to take my order. I wanted the turkey burger, no mayo, with mustard, ketchup, and extra pickles. What I got (after a wait that was overlong) had mustard, no ketchup and no pickles. I didn’t have time for them to do a do over, so I ate it.
The patty was flavorless, but at least it wasn’t dry. Carl’s Jr.‘s turkey burger is head and shoulders above this one.

Its been awhile that I’ve had some breakfast from Burger King.
Went through their drive thru here early in the morning and no cars in site, I was probably their first customer. I guess everyone went to Mcdonalds. Anyways I ordered the Bacon Gouda Breakfast Sandwich meal, that came with a side of hash browns and a coffee (which I upgraded to have a mocha Iced coffee) obviously you pay more.
The Bacon Gouda Sandwich was okay. The sandwich consist more of the scrambled eggs which was light and fluffy, but I couldn’t taste any gouda cheese? So my tongue didn’t not find any smokey flavored herb cheese on this. The bulk of the sandwich made it filling and the added bacon was just… meh.
The lady who took our order was friendly. This location seems a bit smaller but you shouldn’t have any problems for parking or having tight turns into the drive-​thru.
Please thank me for the useful info that I’ve provided that this location is on a corner.

Ordered large fries, medium onion rings, 3pc. Chicken Strips, a chicken parmesan and a cherry icee. What I got were 2 french fries large and a medium and 5 Chicken strips. Wtf. I stop coming to Burger King for awhile and when I finally come back I get this. SMH

Better than their sweet & sour sauce.
Fries are still solid.
I like the soft serve; sweet & not so buttery.
