Huge dissapointment with this pizza Hut location. Today I decided to put in a order for two large pizzas .1st pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños 2nd pizza vegetarian. well the pizza was crap! Fire whoever is in charge of dicing up all the veggies… the pieces were just too big for my family’s liking. .jalapeños were huge and just sloppy. no onion or tomato icluded in our veggie pizza. pizza Hut pay attention to detail. its the little things that people look for. Don’t loose your customers over sloppy pizza!

I have not wrote a review in a long time, but last night’s order of a large pepperoni and sausage pizza turned out be an order of CRAP. I was shocked my pizza came out to $ 17.00, even though it was a carry out. I received my pizza with a drooling mouth expecting it to be as awesome as I know the Pizza Hut in Montebello to be, but was sadly dissapointed by the cardboard-crust and salt on top of salt– marinera… I didn’t bother to complain since my family was hungry and that’s all we had for the moment. BUT! You and I know that when we are extra hungry anything just about taste good… so as a pizza-lover it’s needless to say this place can’t be trusted for by any pizza lover.

Obviously Pizza Hut does not care about their customers. I work for a restraunt and I understand that things happen but I have gone twice since the new location has opened. Both times they told me I could not use my gift card because there systems aren’t ready for gift cards yet. I’m sorry it’s after the holidays every business knows that gift cards get used right after the Holidays. I probably won’t ever go back to this Pizza Hut and will think twice before ever eating at a Pizza Hut. The girl was not properly trained. Both times they didn’t even offer to call a manager to help fix or atleast apologize about the issue. The second time I didn’t even pay for my pizza. I decided to just leave. And they said ok sorry about the inconvenience. Whatever though I guess they don’t like to succeed at that store. I was very excited for this new location now I simply am not and would not recommend pizzahut to anyone either.

If I could give a zero star I would. I never had the stuff crust pizza and was really looking forward to it from all the hype about it and I wasn’t expecting much knowing that this the same company that owns(KFC/Taco Bell) so I knew it would be crap but wowwww. Now I remember why I stopped eating Pizza Hut.

I normally really like Pizza Hut and while the pizza was still very yummy I think their quality of service has dropped down. I called in for the order and I had to repeat it so many times and its for reasons like this that I avoid calling, but that day I just wanted to pull one of my previous orders and get that. However, they stopped the $ 10 any pizza and unlimited toppings deal. What they have now is one pizza with three toppings for $ 11 which is still a good deal, but doesn’t beat the $ 10 one. And trying to explain my order on the phone was so frustrating! Then when my dad came home with the pizza I saw that they really skimped on the toppings. Normally we order from this place because they add lots of toppings, but this wasn’t the case this time.

I ordered the $ 10 dinner box over the phone and my food was ready by the time I got there which was good cause they said it would be ready in 10 mins and well what do you know it was. While they’re food was good it would be nice if they checked up a bit more in case I needed anything instead of having to get up for every little thing I needed. Their bathroom was well maintained and that was pretty nice.

I’ve only eaten on the tables inside this place… and so far it’s pretty good. The pizza is delicious. It’s obviously not the best, but it’s still good :)

It’s Pizza Hut. It’s not a mom and pop shop in Chicago or New York City. Pizza Hut. You know, the restaurant that is owned by the same company as Taco Bell and KFC. This particular Pizza Hut has been here for years. I remember coming in here when I wasn’t even in kindergarten yet. I have graduated college with a job. Anyway, this is a Pizza Hut where you can come in and sit down with your family. I remember this location being a buffet years ago, but they took that out apparently. They still have the pinball table there and a couple of old school arcade games. If you phone in, they’ll tell you what specials they have. Or you can ask. If you walk in, you can ask them. They’ll most likely point to the counter area where there’s a menu of their specials. Just order online. Maybe find a coupon code floating around. Pan Pizza. Enough said. Maybe Stuffed Crust if I’m bored.

If I can give them negative star I will do that. I tried to get the delivery. First I called the other location and then they direct me to this number. Then they refuse to deliver to my house cos I am out of their reach. I was just asking for explanation. And they hung out the phone. What is wrong with that?

Located on the corner of Hacienda and Francisquito(across from BK and the plaza that houses Scardino’s Pizza), this outdated Pizza Hut is absolutely a blast from the past! It’s a sit down restaurant, with a waiter and everything! The interior needs a bit of help, the carpet is a dirty shade of evergreen, booths have cuts and butt-dents and tables boast picnic table checkers, but the 2 flat screen tvs that adorn the corners of the hut is pretty darn nice(they can only leave it on cartoons or espn). It’s run by an older Filipino lady and her family, she seems a bit rushed and harsh at times, but she’s really a nice lady once you go there more than twice xD There’s also this young server by the name of Humberto, he’s nice and funny, learns faces quite quickly. Humberto is generally the server and the only server there, so don’t forget to tip him when he brings you your food and cleans up after you. The Pizza Hut sit-down menu is a bit lacking, but simple. Choose your pizza size, crust, and toppings; followed by, pasta and your sides of breadsticks, wings, and quepapas(little tater nuggets of cheese and jalapenos served with ranch); then you can end it all with dessert, cinnasticks or these weirdo Hershey’s breadsticks. There’s also salad on the menu and an AYCE option, but I’ve never seen a salad bar so I believe the server just brings you a bowl of salad each time.(They accept your coupons too) I’ve ordered their famous pan and their hand-style crust with pepperoni. Both crusts were amazing, but how can this be?! BECAUSEITWASDELIVEREDTOMYTABLEBUBBLINGHAWT! So extremely hot, I’ve ignored Humberto’s warning of crazy rooftop mouth burnings many many times, which I never regret. In all it’s greasy glory, the pepperoni was flavorful and crispy, the cheese ooey gooey fantabulousness, and the crust was hot, crunchy, crispity goodness savored to the last bite. It’s strange that a Pizza Hut pizza would taste as delicious as can be, but the way it’s served in its own pan, right out of the oven beats the taste of a cardboard box anyday! I may get some slack from the loyal Scardino’s fans across the street and from customers loyal to their off-chain pizzerias, but I don’t really care. This place is worth talking about. I mildly recommend you to come experience what a real Pizza Hut should taste like, and I only mildly recommend because the pan style crusts always run out. Happy eatings :) Update: There is another sit down Pizza Hut 8 minutes away from this location, how crazy is that? :)

I believe I wrote a review about this place but it mysteriously was deleted. Since this place was removed from Unilocal,I felt compelled to create and write my experience at this place. Pizza Hut is pizza hut, quick and fast pizza at an average quality. This pizza hut pizzas are WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY below average. When I they showed me my pizza I was scratching my head of whether I would pay or question WTF? Since the owners and employees seem family(Filipinos?) related I was out numbered and really didn’t want to heat things up. I figured by giving bad word of mouth would hurt them more in the long run. There were hardly ANY toppings on my Supreme pizza. There was little scatter of individual string cheese on the pie and the pie was literally naked! The cheese and sauce was almost non-existent! This was straight up a pizza crust! If i wanted a pizza crust I would have gone to the market and bought a boboli pizza crust. Save your money and go to Scardinos Pizza To Go right across the street. If this gets removed again, I’ll post another one up. Straight up embarrassing!
