Domino’s Pizza

Worst customer service, manager or person who claims to be manager is beyond rude.
Food is poorly made food. Twice my order was messed up. First time they didn’t want to give me my order because they read my name in Spanish, second time the order looked like it fell on the floor and shifted.
Horrible. Never again

The worst customer service… They want to charge you ass soon ass u come in but they all walk away and leave u standing their like a dumb ass … They 25 minutes later I ask if my order is ready and it seems none knows were my fucken order has gone now by this time I’ve been waiting 45 minutes when my order said it was ready some shit

Four stars for getting our order right, but –1 star for this bogus thought of a «molten crunch cake»

I just ordered online yesterday for my office staff. My order was ready and delivered on time. I requested that the delivery person sing happy birthday to one of my employees. I didn’t think that he would do it, but to my surprise, he did!!! I just wanted to say thank you to Jose! You are awesome! You didn’t have to sing, but you did and I appreciate that. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 chocolate cakes which all tasted pretty good!

Sooo I order pizza all the time from this dominoes but dang why you going to charge me extra and than not even put any sauce on it at all two times in a row! :(I call and tell them and they say Oh I’m sorry and hang up… not cool

By far thee best domino’s pizza ever! Made an online oder delivery was on time. I’m am very memorized. the toppings were stocked on my 2 large pizzas one had sausage with pepperoni, my second contained jalapeños & pepperoni i have never seen that before. Not in el monte! No Smh
Since one of my best friend lives around tht area we will Def be odering for take out!

Wow. This pizza was mind blowing. The employees at this domino location are professional. They get the order correct every time. The delivery is always on time. I’m impressed with their delivery. I live at a tricky location and they always manage to find it. Words cannot express how great this pizza tasted. The crispy crust was overall delightful. The Alfredo sauce brought all the flavors together. I have yet to find a pizza that can top this one. I will hold a special place in my heart for this pizza.

So i called for delivery there was a lady who picked up and told me wait for a second but its 12 mins and still didnt come back!

Food was great! Pizza, Pasta and wings all tasted good. Ordered online to avoid wait.
No one seemed to be very excited working on a Friday but the food was delicious so that made up for it

just called at 11:58pm and no answer I know they close at 12am but this is the time I get home from work and wanted to order, this has happened 4 to 5 times 3 times they have delivered once they told me there delivery is closed and this time it just kept ringing, I know the rules and policies as long as you call before midnight the have to take your order no matter what I’ve worked for pizza hut as a Manger for 5 years and it didn’t matter if it was 11:59pm you still have to take the order very unpleased I will call in the morning to there 1800 and file a complaint this is the second time, seems like this la puente location dosent follow the rules when I lived in Rosemead and will call after 11:30ish they still delivered I get it you want to go home so u ignore the people but where hungry and just getting home from work and we also need to eat and the sad part is I’m a regular and always tip the drivers cause I know how late it is

the Customer service was not a problem. the delivery guy and the lady who picked up my call was friendly. and the food isn’t ugly or dissatisfying or anything.
but the order took an hour and half to get to me. it took less than 30 minutes to make my food and about 10 – 15 minutes for deliver. that means it was sitting there for like 45 minutes waiting to be delivered. I understand if a restaurant is busy it takes a little while but this location was barely 2 miles from me. if you know your restaurant is busy around lunch time then hire more drivers.
I’ve ordered from dominos multiple times throughout my life but this location sucks.

I am a pregnant customer and I’m very disappointed… I was having a craving for pizza I called and was so surprised they were still open at 1:54 am and they hung up on me… I tried calling back multiple times after and no answer… I order here all the time and this was very upsetting… it’s late and I’m still craving pizza screw you domino’s! !!!

i never eat ‘junk food’ but when i do, i order a pizza to be delivered from this Domino’s and i get the ‘same thing’ every time. i even asked the girl today, can i just call and order ‘the usual’ she laughed and said yes, just give me your phone number and i did and she said ‘hi donna’…then she figured out how to get me the best pepperoni pizza for just myself and not have to order too much. i asked her name and she said Terry and i said i’d come and give them/​her in particular, a good review and i waited till after i tried the pizza, it was really good!

Order 2 medium pizzas 1^st hawaiin, 2^nd pepperoni very fresh and delicious. great customer service, it was a carry out and the manager was very friendly. I would recomend!!!

The driest and ugliest chicken carbonara ever! Just got home and Im never ever gonna go back to dominos again!!! And my Pizza is burnt!

We order this location all the time when we craving for pizza. Nothing goes wrong. Just now we ordered the deal with coupon online for 1 medium 2 topping handmade pan pizza with 8 piece chicken for $ 15.98. So the delivery guy delivered just the pizza. My husband explains to him it comes with the wings. Then he called to the store, they still say nothing showing that we ordered with wings.
If just the medium pizza it’s only $ 8.99 and you charged total $ 18.29 ($ 15.98 + 2.99 delivery charge + $ 1.51 tax). Then he called the store. They still say nothing showing that we ordered with wings. He just apologize and left.
Simple math when we charged for this much $ 18.29 if it just for the medium pizza, it would just for $ 8.99 only. My husband then called the store, still they’re confused. Just charge us for the medium pizza only. They agree to deliver an ordered of wings but we said no. We afraid they might spit on our chicken wings.

Ordered the chicken marinara pasta it was delicious best pasta by far service was fast had my pizza and pasta at my doorstep in less than ½hr customer service was excellent the manager dino took my order and made my pizza and pasta exactly the way i wanted it thank u

Came home from work, my family and I where craving to try the new selective chicken they have, we ordered the buffalo, and the bacon tomato. It was salty and had no flavor, I also ordered the special medium pizza with 2-​toppings, and a large pizza, but I asked the girl that answered the phone what is the difference between

She sad hold on, so a gentleman answers the phone, he explains all the crust to me, than I said I guess I’ll order the hand tossed, in a large, he said no! only the thin crust and Brooklyn style are made in a large, I said really, than why all the choices if you can’t make want you want. Than he hung up the phone instead of handing the phone to the girl that was taking down my order. I called back, and I said someone hung up and I wasn’t done with my order! They didn’t even say sorry! So 57min later the piazza and chicken arrive, the pizza was cold and soggy. Did I mention the chicken tasted like it was left over from the day before. Really! I will never order pizza from dominos again worst services over the phone, took for ever to arrive and the food was terrible! An epic FAIL!!!

I gave this dominos four stars because the food is exactly what I expect each and everytime, the pizza and cheesy bread is delish and the customer service can’t be beat. Always friendly with a ready smile :) … This is my go to dominos

Great customer service. A little slow in preparing our order especially since we called it in ahead of time, but the customer service somewhat made up for this.
They have a few chairs and one or two small tables to sit at while you wait, but I wouldn’t recommend eating here because it is so cramped inside.
