Would give zero but won’t allow me. STAY AWAY!!! Not even sure where to begin so many negatives and complaints. Danny is all friendly while trying to get your money. Once you have an issue forget about it, he turns rude and unprofessional. I specifically asked for a white bunk bed with 37 inch gap. Mind you they do exist and he even shows you in his catalog. 1^st deliver bed has only 28 inch gap between bunks. Installers split wood while putting together and don’t say anything, then still has never to hound me for a tip.
After several phone calls and trips back to the store finally I tell Danny I will take any color but want/​need 37 inch gap because me daughter just has no room on bottom bunk. 2^nd deliver I get a call and told from installer he is 10 minutes away without any advance notice, luckily I was home. Bed delivered is dirty, all scratched up. When I asked where they got it and if it was new, he tells me ooh whatever you discussed with Danny. What don’t you know where you got it from? Turns out I was given floor model. No one ever discussed this or did I agree to this. On top of it its still not 37 inch only 34 inch. Maybe not a big deal but that’s what I wanted, paid for and it exist not like it’s a special order. Call Danny to let him no and complain and he tells me «I’m tired of you andthis let my driver bring it back». I asked about my money and he says we will discuss later. bullshit. .I’m the customer and I’m pist off. you’ve continually have lied to me and tried deceiving me. I know you are not going to return all my money.
I origin was given a $ 50 discount because of wrong bed. Of i was given what I purchased I would have gladly given $ 50 back, but not after all this drama and wrong item. Driver is hounding me to pay money and told me too many times to count to deal with Danny and any issues should be dealt with him. I told him fine I will, you take your own advice and you deal with Danny about your issues and payment he owes you.
Tried calling Danny back and would not take my calls. driver spent like 30 minutes arguing about money. They were both very rude, unprofessional. So much to the point I told them if they entered my property again I would call the police because now they would be trespassing on my property.
So frustrated, I’m sure I left things out but you get the point. Stay away, I should have. You want to save a buck so did I but at the end, it ends up costing more and their furniture is not going to last. Ultimately just a quick fix, better off spending a little more and going to a reputable establishment.
STAY AWAY. NOT WORTH IT… HORRIBLE ALL AROUND…

I am very surprised that I am the first person to comment on this business. I am giving this business two stars only because they had the item I was looking for.
I had ordered a specialized bed from this business the day after Christmas 2014. The day of delivery was yesterday between 3−5pm. At 5pm, I had not heard anything from the salesman or the delivery driver. I called the business and the phone went to voicemail. I waited 5 minutes and called back. The salesman (most likely the owner) «Danny» answered the phone. He acted as if it was not a big deal that his delivery driver was late. He told me that the truck was loaded and on its way. I told him ok. At 6:30pm, an hour and a half late, the delivery guys showed up to the house. The first thing the delivery driver said when he looked at me was «scary» I was wearing a black Hoodie because it was cold, but by no means did I look scary. The two guys brought in the boxes and assembled the beds, made a few more sarcastic comments, and left the house. Upon inspection of the bed, I found that the assemblers did not tighten any of the screws. This bed would have fallen apart had I not have checked it out. I tightened the screw, which took about 30 minutes.
I would NOT recommend this business. The people were rude and they did sloppy work. I would have given them 1 star if I was not happy with the bed.
