My first time going to El Marienero and I got the best service from Cathy I didn’t have to ask for anything. The micheladas are bomb cold and the food is fresh and delicious. The karaōke guy was really cool too. The place is small but is good for big party’s.
Don’t for get the homemade flan!!!

Value for money is plenty here. The service was as good as it got considering our server spoke no English and I no Spanish. All the sign language and menu pointing got us what we wanted and it was delicious. We stopped in for breakfast and their chilaquiles, chorizo with eggs and menudo were good. I did wish the menudo was more unctuous tho. Their green salsa was the best I’ve had in a while. There’s lots of parking in the shopping center and glad they took discover card.

This is first place here and the food is good and service is friendly. They carry Mexican Coke which I love. I had the carne Asada plate and it was good quality beef. the prices are not bad either very reasonable

Omg this place is so disgusting I found a bug in my drink! I told the waitress n she seemed to know !! She said «oh it’s just the rice bugs!» Really!!! What the fuck!!! I will never in my life come back … I can just imagine what other bugs they have!!! They didn’t even care to give us a discount or something!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

I’ve eaten at many restaurants but this restaurant really stands out. The cooks really know how to properly season all the food. If you’re looking for a local «authentic» Mexican restaurant look no further. They are not stingy on portions and prices are very reasonable. Family atmosphere. Tortillas are hand make, try the molcajete!
