Not going to comment, as I will not be too complimentary, so I will rate the service and the pork chop, two stars

First visit here. Group of eight guys most having something different. The setting was casual. The facility was moderately busy. The service very attentive. The food very good. I started with the beet salad. Nice flavor. Only thing about it was how long some of the greens were. I had the risotto which was an ample portion. Quite tasty but there were a few more shell bits than I would have preferred. For dessert I had the strudel with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was ok. Tonight was a guys night out and there were a lot of stories about our day on the golf course. At times we were louder than the music man. In all, I would not hesitate to give it another try.

Bistro 60 catered our reception which was held at the Santa Rosa club(on the Trilogy property) and I must say, the food was delicious. Our guests enjoyed the steak and chicken. The staff payed close attention to guests and were very professional. The dessert trays had multiple selections — from sorbet to carrot cake and cheesecake. Amazing! I’ve also had lunch at Bistro 60 a few years ago and that too was delicious! Big thank you to Colleen, Niki, and the entire staff(including the chef) for their service and professionalism. We highly recommend using Bistro 60 /Santa Rosa Club for your special event. –Remo

So, my wife and I went here last night based on all the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Service, food, and ambience were all great. Went at 7:30 pm. It was already dark but we sat out on the patio which was relaxing and wonderful. The menu has great food at a very reasonable price. It is a three course dinner that comes with soup or salad, an entrée(choices for either $ 15.99 or $ 19.99), and a desert. My wife had the Beet Salad, Chicken Marsala over a bed of fettuccini noodles, and the Trio Gelato for dessert, all for $ 15.99. She loved the salad but the Chicken Marsala was amazing — a very generous portion and it was not too sweet as sometimes marsala dishes are. She could not finish the serving and ended up taking the rest home. My rib eye steak was served with fresh vegetables and a large baked potato. The rib eye was cooked perfectly and was very tender. I started with the Ceasar Salad. The only very minor feedback we would give the restaurant was that while both salads were very good, the dressings on both could have used a little more«kick». The Ceasar dressing could have been a little more lemony with an option for anchovies. That would have definitely kicked the salad up a notch. However, we still give the restaurant 5 stars as the salads were still very good and perhaps other guests prefer a milder salad dressing. Service was friendly, prompt, and attentive. Wines by the glass were very reasonably prices(house chardonnay at $ 5 a glass was excellent) and there was live entertainment housed inside the restaurant with the music piped out to the patio. Very appropriate soft jazz vocals that was set at a volume that made for perfect background music. If you want a relaxing dinner in a great setting, excellent food and service at an exceptionally reasonable price, you have to try Bistro 60. Yes, it is a little bit of a drive off the I 10 but well worth it!

We went to Pasta Monday which is one of their summer specials and it was great! There was a choice of 4 pastas and 5 sauces. The sauces were all so fresh and flavorful! Plus you get a small salad, fresh toasted bread and dessert for one price. You can’t beat this deal. Tonight we’re going back for Taco Tuesday!

I was staying in LA Quinta for the weekend, and the ladies I was staying with wanted to grab some quick breakfast to go. Bistro 60 seemed like a nice spot to check, so I ordered the BISTROBONANZA, which was like a breakfast platter type dish. The food was good, but the presentation could use some work. In my opinion I think people really came here for the view of the golf course more so then the food. ENJOY!

Wow, what a great find! I was checking out reviews for restaurants in the La Quinta area and came across Bistro 60. Had dinner there last night and everything was perfect. My wife had a spicy shrimp with pasta and I had this scrumptious, unbelievably good«Italian Job» pizza. The waitstaff was very attentive and the manager Noël walked around to all the tables asking how things were. He’s a class act and our waiter Steve did a great job for us also. We went back the next morning for breakfast and although oatmeal is pretty basic in most places, Bistro 60’s is not — it was a cut above, for sure. My wife had a combo with pancakes, eggs & bacon and everything was served nice & hot & perfectly cooked as ordered. Plus being on the patio with the view over the beautiful golf course and grounds and excellent food and service made us feel like we were on vacation. We’ll look forward to telling our friends about Bistro 60 and look forward to coming back often to place additional five star reviews

The only reason I am giving this a 3 star review is because of the recent change of having to make reservations to sit on the patio during Happy Hour. Both times we were there this week we managed to talk them into letting us sit on the patio and despite being told we needed a reservation and both times at no time was the patio totally full. Happy Hour should be first come first serve on the patio. Having said this I would still recommend the Bisto 60

We are returning for another lovely evening. The chef is very good. His Greek and Ceasar salads are delicious, the short ribs on a bed of celery root and fennel are light, original, and creamy. The seafood pasta delicious. Well worth the drive. The priceline is reasonable and food is above average.

Great breakfast! You have to order the lyonise(idk how to spell it) potatoes… amazing!!! Must try their breakfast. Don’t come if you are in a hurry though. Nice and relaxing.

Everything just keeps getting better and better. Terrific food — personably and well trained staff — fair prices. A real gem in the area. Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The 3-course dinner is ver nice and an especially good value. My favorite is chicken Marsala.

Good value. The prix fix menu is good, but resist giving them your full order upfront, otherwise you’ll be out of there in 30 minutes. They also have music there every night starting at 5:30. It’s nice.

It was a cool, crisp morning when we made our way outside and needed to find a suitable breakfast place fast. Thank goodness for Unilocal and Unilocalers because they helped us find this hidden gem. This restaurant is located on the Trilogy Parkway Golf Course. You will see a bunch of golf carts parked out front but don’t worry; you’re in the right parking lot. Like I said, hidden gem. Who doesn’t like adventure at 9am?! Upon entry, you get to take in quite the view of the golf course where you can sit on the patio or inside. Obviously, with the temperatures in the 30’s, inside will be better. The hostess will seat you and let us pick our own for this visit. The tables are marble paired with comfy chairs, cloth napkins, glass plates and real silverware. Yes, you will find a slightly fancy appeal. Once we looked at the small menu options, it was easy to see why so many people have given good reviews; great pricing, homemade cooking and enough variety to be able to pick something. I ordered the French toast plate that comes with fresh, cut strawberries and vanilla butter(if you dare!). Since there was so much flavor in the French toast, I didn’t need the syrup provided. Plus, I ordered fresh made apple juice that was so yummy and low bitter after taste. If you want simple and light breakfast, check this place out. You will thank me or compliment this review ;)

Best food and value around. I’ve eaten at a lot of places from here to ranch I mirage looking for a great breakfast place and this is it. Not only is it high quality great tasting food with a nice golf course view it’s also affordable. Nothing on the menu over $ 10 and build your own omelette is only $ 8!

Our group originally planned to breakfast at our hotel but one of us heard about Bistro 60 so we set out in a caravan for about a fifteen minute drive. It was well worth the effort. Some might think it’s difficult to foul up breakfast but, even so, absolutely every bite at Bistro 60 was PERFECT. All six of us gave thumbs up… French toast, omelette with rainbow potatoes, pancakes and scrambled eggs combo. It was late morning on a Monday and there was no crowd. Go here!

I don’t know why it’s taken me such a long time to update this review. My family and I have been coming here after church for months now, and it continues to be a great experience. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his wife, who, to my surprise, is related to a former teacher of mine. To say the least, the food, service, cleanliness, menu, and environment are all top notch. Anyone who lives in the desert should definitely make this a regular spot, and anyone visiting should stop by. You will not be disappointed.

Bistro 60 did the catering for my daughter’s quinceanera. The food was fantastic– beautiful Caesar salad; mouth-watering medallions of beef and salmon, each with their own sauce; risotto; perfectly cooked vegetables. Our guests complimented the flavor of the dishes and the elegance of the presentation. The wait staff was professional and attentive– I never worried about our guests’ needs. Not only was everything on the big day excellent, but Tom and Vanessa gave us great advice about how to stage and pace the events at the reception. Thank you so much!

Hmm, it’s a restaurant on a golf course, so it’s about what you expect, but a little bit better. For lunch I had the ceviche and crab cakes appetizers and my wife had the pineapple burger. The burger was 5 star. The ceviche was a little dry and the crab cakes were low flavor and a bit greasy. Service was very good. Prices were very reasonable.

Stopped in here for takeout after our golf round and were happy with the food. Staff was real helpful and the only thing that sucks is they forgot part of our takeout order. I got the spicy bistro burger with sweet potato fries which was great and everyone liked what they ordered which included the portobella burger and caprese sandwich. When golfing at the club its a good spot for lunch.
