The Best! No other way to say it. I had multiple companies come and quote thousands of dollars on a heating issue that Dan and his son were able to fix with a little hard work and determination. I can’t thank them enough!
They’re incredibly knowledgable, professional, and fair priced. If only more companies took pride in customer service like DMD Mechanical the world would be a better place.

We had our AC units go out twice this summer, and called DMD Mechanical after reading their good reviews on Unilocal.They definitely rate 5 stars! They’re a local, family run business. The first time Marcos and Dominic came to our house within a few hours of when we called, even though they were busy. They fixed the problem without any trouble, and the cost was very reasonable. The second AC unit went out later in the summer and Dan and Dominic came right out to fix it. They are really good at their job, they don’t overcharge, and they are also nice, honest and ethical people. We will never go back to the big AC company we were using before.

Came home this afternoon to a HOT house! AC running and no cold air!!! By the luck of Unilocal,I was able to locate DMD.
Within 4 hours, «Dan» arrived to save the day.
Dan was professional, clean and extremely knowledgable. Within minute; he was able to explain the problem and get my AC up and running.
Come to find out, he services a majority of the high end golf course communities, including El Dorado CC, Big Horn CC and PGA.
Dan indicated some of the issues were from a lack of simple yearly check ups. I have since decided to schedule DMD for my seasonal check ups.

Not every HVAC group can work on mini-split systems as they don’t work the way traditional A/C units work (we learned the hard way). They require specialized tools and knowledge. Dan and his crew are super-nice, very professional, and know EXACTLY what they’re doing with every aspect of the mini-split install/service. They provided estimates before starting the work and made sure expectations were aligned. They’re not the cheapest folks in town, but not over-priced either.

This business does absolute tremendous work, with amazing response time and very efficient. I had my air conditioning go out at the vacation house and the temperature was extremely high. The response time that Dan had was extremely quick, and upon arrival I met a friendly but very efficient business man! They got in and fixed up very fast and left no trail behind. I would refer DMD to anyone looking for quality and speedy service!

I had an emergency situation yesterday where my grandmothers a/c wasn’t working and she was complaining. I got a referral to DMD from a close friend… Dan was very responsive and professional.
