Never again. Gave this place a second chance trying to chase that first good experience from a few years ago. Service was horrible, no ice available for drinks(when asked, they said«it comes out cold»), pizza took OVERANHOUR while we sat there and then the pizza was barely warm when they begrudgingly brought it out. 5 out of 5 family members said NEVERAGAIN

Came back and SORELY disappointed! Does not seem like original owners… why is this person who seems like the owner, asking me if I need ice because the soda fountain is already cool??? You mean there’s no ice in there? No, we’ll bring it to you. .Huh!!! Where they do that!!! Then, I order a salad and am met with dressing stipulations… we charge for each cup after the 1st!!! @$&*#@$ you and your dressing!!! The dollar tree is right across the parking lot, how bout I buy bottles!!! Totally deflated

Without a doubt the worst take out pizza service ever. After waiting on hold for 8 minutes just to order, warning bells should have gone off. I was told«40 – 45 minutes». I showed up at 40, waited 5 minutes for the counter person to acknowledge my presence only to be told«probably another 15 minutes». This place has a total«don’t know what they’re doing problem» when it comes to dealing with customers and meeting their own promises. Never again.

SOOOOODELICIOUS!!! The thin crust is amazing! Our order for messed up and they took care of us without a problem which is very much appreciated and makes me want to go back because the pizza tasted UNREAL regardless. Why order from dominos when you can get REAL pizza? The sausage and cheese is DELICIOUS!!!

They make you sign up for coupons via email, then only offer one of the 4 or 5 listed when you call. The first time it happened, I chalked it up to an error. But it seems to be the way they choose to do business. Get you to call by offering a deal and then deny it. I was a regular customer and have had probably a half dozen friends order from them. No more. Shady shady shady.

Rosati’s is without question the best Pizza place in the Desert, and I’ve tried them all. There is nothing close. The ingredients are the finest, everything is fresh and prepared correctly. What is amazing are the prices– I truly believe they should raise their prices to cover the amount of ingredients they provide in their dishes. I mean cmon a Italian beef sandwich with fries for under $ 10.00, I can’t even get that at Arbys with a coupon. The 18″ deep dish Pizza easily feeds five people for under $ 30.00. I’m talking fresh Chicago style pizzas and sandwiches, prepared accurately, and the staff is super friendly. I’ve been going here for a year and a half twice a week and have never been disappointed. I’ve even called them the same night after I’ve finished my dinner to thank them for how great of job they did. If you want the best, go here, if you want average go some place else. Wish I could give it 10 stars. One tip I will give you is– OVERORDER because its just as good the next day.

I am from Chicago, so no pizza is good in the Coachella Valley. That being said, Rizzotti’s is the best pizza in the valley. I am Out of the delivery area but I pick it up anyway. The pizza is excellent, the wings are delicious and the hotdogs are scrumptious. This is the best place for pizza in the Coachella Valley. The service is mighty fine too. That is why I only gave it four stars.

Went for pizza with family. The place inside is really small, but we decided to dine in, there were 5 of us. It took all of eight minutes for someone to come out from the back. The one girl seemed annoyed and snarky. She returned to the back, and another girl came out. We put in our orders, and asked the waitress for the third time to wipe down the filthy table we were going to sit at. She was nice about it, but 3 times? The floors were very dirty and unswept. This place is not for dining in. Just seems scuzzy. Wonder what the kitchen looks like? The pizza cheese was delicious, I had a gluten-free crust, but It was really hard. The Cesar salad looked thrown together. It had an eyelash hair in it. They credited it off. They had no anchovies, and all of the beverage machines were not working. I wouldn’t make a choice to eat there again.

Wow, where do I start. We wanted a good deep dish pizza and Rosati’s pizza was far from it. My pregnant wife, bless her heart stopped by there to ordered a pizza to go. Since she ordered a Chicago Style(yeah right) deep dish pizza, they said it would take 45 minutes to make. We were ok with the wait if the product was good. Far from it!!! Rosati’s isn’t even in the same league or able to hold a candle to Dominos or Pizza Hut, how sad! She arrived home and we opened the box and what an embarrassment, the pizza looked like it imploded on itself, pretty much a pizza with vomit on it. The bottom crust was wet and nasty, there was no filling, and the crust will chip your teeth due to being hard as a rock. I called Selena G. who was working the front counter and asked her if this pizza was made right because of the embarrassing look of it and she stated«yes». It seriously looks like a thin crust pizza with huge side walls of crust. Very disappointing. Please I beg everyone if your thinking of eating here, DON’T, save your money and head somewhere else. What a disgrace! Beware, eat at your own risk. I really hope they go out of business because this nasty place is just taking up space.

This place has great hot sandwiches and good deep dish pizza. I have been coming here for years. The dine-in location isn’t the best but the food makes up for it ten fold. For picking up food, this is top notch. Yum!

Rosati’s Pizza in La Quinta used to be fantastic and provided excellent customer service, as of this year, I can no longer say that. They have been delivering for a long while to my home. Last time(about a month ago) they messed up my order. Instead of getting my pineapple and ham pizza, they delivered a pepperoni and ham pizza. I called regarding the mistake and they seemed to be annoyed with ME! They wanted me to keep the pizza and offered a 15% off for next pizza I ordered. I don’t care for pepperoni(unheard of, I know!), and for only 15% off(around $ 2.00) I wasn’t going to pick off the pepperoni and eat a ham pizza. Clearly they were not happy with me for not keeping the pizza and wanting the right one delivered. The girl over the phone seemed to be taking direction from someone else who didn’t seem to want to make the right pizza or have it delivered so late.

Disappointing! Being from Chicago and knowing the Rosatti restaurants this one does not live up to the standards. I have been a customer there for 5 years starting with the original franchise owner to the next owner and now to the worst owner. It seem she has cut back on portions and raised prices — bad combination for a restaurant! Go somewhere else for you Italian food!

Duh! These people are idiots, blame the GPS on not being able to find my address. Called for a delivery and was told 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, okay no problem. 1 hour and 45 minutes later and they are on the other side of town. Loved this place back home in Chicago but these people need to close the doors and say GOODNIGHT! P. S. The trend on here for reviews is not nice… get the message? 2 hours later called back and asked for the manager, no manager there. What’s the manager’s name? Winter. Winter what? Don’t know. Really? Jose the«kitchen» manager took my call and would not give me the owner or manager’s full names. Then hung up on me. Do you really want to patronize a place that is this freakin’ horrible? Call Domino’s or Papa’s john’s at least you can eat in an hour without the lousy service.

Worst pizza in town be it CHICAGO or thin crust. Lousy service rude people at counter. For thin crust NY style Slice in Rancho Mirage or Hood pizza in Palm Desert are only 2 places in town that fit that craving for NY pizza. .

We were regular customers of Rosati’s La Quinta when it first opened up many years ago. They closed down and re-opened under new ownership and it has never been the same since. We heard that they re-opened again last year and that the Rosati’s family photos were back on the menu(they were missing on the boxes the last time we ordered), but unfortunately we were disappointed again. Instead of a true Chicago deep dish pizza that we were craving, we got a thin crust pizza that was masquerading as a deep dish. Thin crust was formed to create a «bowl» that was filled with under-cooked dough, too much mozzarella, way too much tomato and hardly any toppings. We ordered pepperoni, mushroom, onion and green pepper — the Pepperoni Classic. It was watery, super thin and just NOT the Rosati’s experience we were hoping to have once again. Look at the OLD photos on this Unilocal!page from 2012, 2011 and 2009 — super deep dish pizzas with that classic buttery crust and amazingly generous toppings — well worth $ 30+ for a pie. Today? Check out my photos — I paid $ 35 and I feel totally ripped off. If this had been my first taste of so-called Chicago deep dish, I would never give it a second thought. Now we’re going to have to look online for recipes to try and replicate the experience. Shame on you Rosati’s for going FRANCHISE and selling out the family business. I don’t see this location or this franchise lasting much longer if they keep selling less than mediocre pizzas like the one we just received.
