I went through all the trouble to add this business to Unilocal to give them a 1 star review. Why, you ask? Because I purchased a track day for May 9th, 2015 at Chuckwalla. I injured my back and could not attend. It was 7 days out, and they require 10 in order to cancel with a credit for a future track day. All that I understand, but I called and emailed with no return call or email. If they had called back and said«Sorry but thats the policy, have a nice day» I wouldn’t be writing this review. Instead they ignored me completely and this is the result. I wouldn’t book with such a poorly managed business, because if something as simple as an email is too difficult then I can only imagine how poor the rest of their organization is.
