This is probably the best pizza place I have ever encountered in terms of customer service. They were so kind on the telephone and they drew the prettiest message on the box that I bought for my best friends acceptance into college! 10⁄10 They helped make her day great!

Talk about unhelpful. Your city is full of people visiting and staying in hotels, I would imagine you would expect to have to deliver to hotels. The girl was just plain lazy, and had a bit of an attitude. She said«you need to find the address» I told her that I didn’t live in the area and don’t have access to retrieve that information right now. Did she offer to find the info, no. Just told me, «well you need to find it.» Frustrated and not in the mood to deal with it, I said no thanks I’ll just write a review, and hung up. Called dominoes instead and when the same issue arose, the girl simply said, «ok I’ll take care of it, what’s your room number?» You know who to call.

Since it’s 4th of July, We decided to try Pizza Hut and the Hot Dog Bites Pizza since that is a combo of all-American food. Hot dogs baked in a pizza crust sounds like a gross combo… and it kind of is. We kept an open-mind how Hot Dog Bites Pizza would taste since we thought Little Caesar’s Bacon-Wrapped pizza sounded icky but was surprisingly good. Pizza Hut Hot Dog Bites Pizza(comes with a cup of French’s Mustard for dipping) is not good… it isn’t gross but neither the hot dogs baked in pull apart crust or the pizza itself is good… and combining the two is close to gross(hmm I wonder how many points on WW). Other than being a funny gimmick, or maybe something fun to serve at a kid’s sleepover or party, I don’t think this is a tasty or desired addition to the pizza experience. Pizza Hut is always coming up with stunt pizzas. They would do better going back to improving on the basics… good quality tasting pizza. We ordered delivery and the driver was nice and on-time. When we opened the box, the pizza didn’t look fresh. The hot dogs in the crust were unevenly cooked with some edges burnt. The 4-hot-dog-bites per slice pulled apart easily… um, not sure if its best to eat the dogs first or gobble the pizza as usual working your way from the tip to the crust/doggies. We should take away a star for this Pizza Hut not honoring the free cheese sticks online coupon that you are promised when registering for online ordering as «Hut Lover». It stinks when your Pizza Hut is «not a participating location». We never go to Pizza Hut(except at some airport locations grab-n-go personal pan pizza) and we don’t anticipate ordering pizza with or without hot dogs again. Bottom line: Doggies-in-Dough…just say no

Worst pizza Hut ever this place is complete garbage. I use to work at pizza Hut 5 years ago as my first job in palm desert so I try and stay loyal to my roots. However this place sucks 4th order in a row now that’s wrong no dipping such for items I paid extra for. This is ridiculous over a hour delivery wait now another 3p waiting for a remade order cause dipping sauce on cold pizza is disgusting. No effort by the manager who barely spike English to keep me as a customer. Will never ever be back.

Just went to this location and was hoping they’d prove the reviews wrong. They didn’t. All I got was a pepperoni pizza and they couldn’t even do that. I don’t want to spend the gas driving all the way back for pepperonis.

Horrible. Dirty. poor service. I ordered to a to go order while I was sitting in the lobby. I waited for a half an hour. then I saw the manager take a delivery order off the shelf. take it in the back and came out with my pizzas. Took them home. they got the order wrong and it was cold. I live less than two miles from the store. and I will NEVER go back.

Sorry but I have to disagree with Ed but the service at this Pizza Hut is terrible. There menu stats one price and they charge a price more then what’s printed on the menu is illegal so I asked to see a manger about it ! Was told three times the manger will be right with me in a thirty minute period. She never came out to the table. So I guess I will contact the dept of weights and measurements and let th take care of it.

Pizza we order a couple of weeks ago was good, once we got it. Delivery was almost 30 minutes late and when you have a bunch of hungry kids after a long day, even 10 min is too long. Employees were not really apologetic at all, except for the poor delivery boy who was given the blame. I’ll think twice about ordering from them again.

The pizza is okay. The staff is nice, but incompetent. I have to order online now because the last 3 time I’ve ordered by phone the pizzas I’ve ordered have been wrong.

First, look at the date of this review. Now look at the date of the others. Most if not all of the negative reviews here are from a while back. These people should try it now. I’m frequently the one who’s writing the critical reviews on Unilocal because I’m extremely particular about food and restaurant service. About a year ago there were problems, I agree. But perhaps there’s new management now because the ship is back on course. Fact is, the Pan Pizzas this place makes are outstanding! I ALWAYS order online and do take-out and the pizza is ALWAYS ready on time. I’ve not once had an experience of not getting what I ordered from this location – they’re right on the money every single time.(And I frequently experience order mix-ups/mistakes in restaurants.) The crust is fantastic… toppings are plentiful… and quality is great. And the price? You can’t beat the price for consistently well-prepared pizzas. It’s never over or under cooked, as is the case with many pizzerias, where you often see burned bottom crust which they hope you don’t realize. The people are always friendly and accommodate every request I’ve made. Crunch… I’ve just taken the last bite of a slice that I reheated from yesterday and Pan Pizza is just as good if not better the next day(or two or three) when reheated. No other place does crust like this. Bravo to the manager and fine staff… the pizza ship is sailing proudly once again!

They transferred our online order, an hour late, from the Indio restaurant. Indio called to let us know this. We had to call La Quinta Pizza Hut to confirm– the first person I talked to had the order in hand and knew my name, then put me on hold and put another person on who had no info and I had to give them all of the details again. I was then informed, despite issues on the restaurant side, that they were really busy and we were being bumped to the back of orders and that it would be quite a while — despite ordering online 90 minutes prior by that point. We canceled our order and wrote a complaint to Pizza Hut corporate, who wrote us back and said the La Quinta restaurant would reach out to us. That was two weeks ago. Judging by the pizza reviews on here for this location, looks like we didn’t miss out anyways.

I have ordered here several times hoping to get expectations met. First time I ordered was December 2012 for my daughters birthday. It took over 2 hrs to get here in the cove where both our home and pizza hut are. When the pizza arrived, the girl was clearly not able to handle carrying the load amd the dinner box was folded. The pizza was burnt. Nearly every time our pizza has been burnt. Or items have been forgotten. Like pop(also my December order) and today its marinara and way over seasoned breadsticks. They wont re deliver for marinara so they are refunding me 50 cents. Such a joke. This is my final order at this pizzahut. We’ve never had a problem with their competitor’s pizza so. we will make that switch.

Worse Pizza EVER! I don’t know what Pizza Hut did, or why this location had to be taken over by corporate, but they really dropped the ball in customer service and food quality. The only reason I went here, was to help support the local school with a coupon that I had from the school. But«Corporate» decided they do not honor them anymore. When I questioned it with the«manager»(some pimple faced kid wearing a tie and stating he was the district manager) he simply stated they would not honor it. Period. I strongly believe that if you are going to have a business in a community, and commit to supporting it, you should follow through with it. BTW: There is a MUCH better pizza place right around the corner!!!

Ok. Here it is, I called to order a pizza I get a handicap girl on the phone that I can’t understand, she was lost taking our order. I placed my order with frustration. I should have known to hang up and call someplace else. We got our pizza at fair time. We opened the door to another handicap… And opened our pizza box to something that should have never been brought to my door. I give this place less then a 1 star, I will never order there again. Just looking at that pizza makes me sick.

I should have known my experience here w as going to be bad when I walked into this ghost town of a pizza place. My kids and I still decided to eat there as employees were working on the broken down buffet table. Pizza was average and I was charged for two salads because my little boy ate a cracker off my plate. Very bad experience!
