Staples

I work from home and have been very sick with the flu. I needed to print an important document and was out of ink for my printer. I did not want to get out of bed, let alone drive to Staples. However, when I arrived, Michaela saw the blank print cartridge in my hand when I walked through the front door and she offered her assistance right away.
I received excellent service with a happy attitude. Now that was worth getting out of bed for!

Staples is my favorite ofc supply… the youngsters there are very polite and helpful. I always leave the store content…

We went to their printing center because FedEx Kinko’s across the street couldn’t get a job done and they actually suggested that we go to Staples. For some reason I always think Kinko’s first… but not anymore. The guys at the counter were extremely helpful and they helped to reformat the file so that it could be printed out exactly how we needed it. Skip Kinko’s…go to Staples!!!

Employees are helpful, after you look for them. I wandered a while before an employee noticed me and asked if he could help. He walked me to the item I was looking for and went on his way. I had questions about the item (none on display, only in boxes) and had to look for someone to help me. She was good about opening a box so I could touch the keyboard and took the item to the front for me while I continued shopping.
They are my first choice for office supplies and with their new 5% rewards on every purchase, I’ll look at them for electronics, too.

Horrible Service!!!
I called the store to see if they had a product. The associate who took my call said he could not find the product by where it was on the shelf because he could only look it up by brand name in the computer. Talk about LAZY! I told him I would just go into the store and look for it myself, and he said that would be great! WOW! Sooo disappointed. Since I have to search around by car, I will make sure NOT to stop at Staples.

I highly recommend this store to anyone. I have had nothing but good experiences with this store. On black Friday i was there and right before it opened the manager cam out side to give out coupons for the front page early bird specials but there was not any available for my item so he said he would make sure he would have on at the counter waiting for me since i was first in line, sure enough he had the stuff for me, now that’s customer service. Another day we went to see what had happened t our rewards coupon because we were waiting on a rebate and they notify us that our info was not on the system. So we spoke to the manager and he was apologizing for what happened he gave us vouchers to buy stuff at the store now a days no one gives stuff away. But staples goes beyond satisfying customers. I will always go here first for office supplies.
