Came here after getting the late night munchies. It’s in a great location, very convenient. The staff was awesome, as I know we were slurring since we had a little too much to drink, but they handled it like Champs and got our order right. Let’s just say the food was so good it didn’t even last 3 minutes.

The manager was a bit**. I bought a shake there and it tasted funny so I asked to change it, and the manager was totally rude about it, but the other employees were nice.

I wonder why this place only has two stars place always gets my order wrong and they have served me cold burgers now on two occasions I waited 15 minutes for chicken tender meal. 15 minutes please close down and put in a sonic

Just don’t even try it. Maria is awful and I’ve been there before and other employees were very nice, but this chick has ruined our experience twice now. We will never go back

2nd time here because of kids request. Very disappointed both times. There seems to be NO Manager; no one in Control at all. I had never thot a Plain Cheesburger with nothing but the cheese & meat would be impossible to get. Apparently all come with «onion rings» or some kind of onion, not sure what it is & ALL the condiments. NO special orders so I ordered a drink only. For kids we wanted kids chicken meals. One child couldn’t even bite off a piece of chicken! There were only 2 pieces & both appeared to be rubber! I asked the 3 y.o. How chicken was & even he said it was like rubber & he couldn’t bite thru it. We wanted chicken stars or tenders but got 2 sticks of rubber chicken. Kids wanted to try play area so we did. It was Filthy; trash in & under play structure.

Doesn’t matter which one although I had the worlds thinnest meat in burger today. Crew great. I used to love Carl’s but this was worst burger ever. Real reason I will. Ever go to any Carl’s jr again? Their sexist denigrating ads. Goodbye you troglodytes.

On our way home from our softball game to our other game in rancho. Went thru the drive thru didn’t get out cuz to hot and running late. Food was good like most Carl’s. Oh even used coupons to save a few $$$.
Turn off A/​C to make my tubby & adopted daughters to behave! Ugh now they’re starting to STINK…
