Sub had hair in it. Not just a few strands either, but quite a few. Very disgusting and a waste of $ 15.

Not sure what all the hype is about. This place is average and a little expensive from my point of view. I had a Large(9 inch?) sub and it was $ 9.00. Nothing special and not as good a value as some of the other local sub shops. Also the slicer was filthy and you can’t help but see that as they are making your sandwich. Service was also average.

This food is ok, but it is not worth the service. They forgot my brownies, and when I called they were extremely rude. This company is a franchise organization and each store is run worse than the last. I am forever disappointed every time I go. There are far too many problems with this business. I am not sure if they are going to make it.

I have eaten inside the location, several times. They really do live up to their motto«a sub above«.Their sandwiches are way better than Subway. With freshly sliced meats and cheeses. I usually order the Turkey sub, the Chicken bacon club or the Italian. I have yet to try the hot subs. I always have had the sandwitches Mike’s way with the standard lettuce, tomatoes, onions, red wine vinegar olive oil and mayo topped with oregano. Very friendly staff and great service.

Really enjoy this place. The employees were friendly and helpful. Now the sandwiches are the bomb. I never know which to get hot or cold. They do only have 1 bread but it’s good bread. The quality of the deli meats and cheeses are also really good. I have had the Philly and the Italian both great just have to decide what I’m in the mood for. My daughter loves the turkey. On the cold sandwich choice I love Mikes way which is lettuce, tomato, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar with a tomato. They do have a frequent visit point system twords a free sub. Oh and they sell great cookies.

So for those of us on an actual lunch break, half of that time cannot be spent standing in line… behind 1 person… who’s asking for the difference between subs and trying the tuna to see if they want that and asking about the bread types and bread size… well, you get the picture. I know what I want and I’m ready to go. So with 6 employees behind the counter, at least one other, not the guy helping the gentleman in front of me, but another employee could quite possibly say, Hi sir, Do you know what you want? But apparently it doesn’t work that way. To break the chain between ordering and meat slicing and toppings would be disastrous to the sandwich industry! Yeah, right people… walked out and won’t be coming back.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. I now have been twice. The first time me a buddy and on either person were in the shop. Took 25 minutes to get our two subs. Today I went in and stood there while one other person was in the shop. There were three workers. They told me twice. I’ll be right with you. After 5 minutes I left. Don’t suggest a sandwich shop that takes as long as a steakhouse. Bad deal because I liked my sub there the first time. Never will be back.

Terrible ! Placed a mobile order to pick up. When I arrived at location team members were confused to see me as they had not seen my mobile order ticket sitting on the register. Needless to say my order was not ready as promised. In addition to the fact that they could not rectify the situation because they were out of bread and unable to make anything at an hour before posted closing time. Took five minutes to get refunded and no one said sorry just looked at me like I was crazy for being upset. This was a crazy experience !!! Not ok ! I never write bad reviews because I know everyone has a bad day once in a while but this was another level of poor service

This location always has a friendly and knowledgable staff. Always greeted with a smile and great sense of urgency! You’ll never have to wait too long to order your sub, so it makes this store best for lunch breaks(:

After having the worst sandwich experience of my life from my nearby quiznos, I was extremely excited to see a Jersey mikes come to LQ. However, they made my sandwich wrong! :( Granted, I wanted my sandwich made MY way but with mostly mike’s ingredients. I’m well familiarized with jersey mikes and their menu; one of my old roommates in college worked for them for awhile. I ordered a Cali club, add chipotle mayo and honey mustard, and finish it mikes way but minus the tomatoes.(If you ever want to taste the truth… TRY to get a sandwich made like this. ;)) There was a lack of communication down the sub-assembly line between the people taking my order, and the ones doing the finishing touches. My sandwich had neither chipotle mayo or honey mustard, and tomatoes were put on the sandwich. I ate it all still, and overall, still enjoyed it. The place just opened so I’m sure they are still getting the hang of things, I just hope they can get my Truthfully Tasty sandwich made right next time.

Brought home two subs! The #2 provolone, ham, and capicola… and #7, provolone and turkey. Both served on a wheat bun. Bread was soft and went well with the ingredients. Had them made«Mike’s way» which means lettuce, onion, tomatoes, shredded lettuce and olive oil and vinegar. It was a tasty combination! Service was good and efficient! Great place for a sandwich.

I am astonished by the service I received at this location, I had been to the Palm Desert location and received terrible service. The moment I walked into this location I was greeted by well groomed and friendly staff. My service was taken right away and I paid for my meal quickly, my sub was delicious. The whole staff here had a smile on their face and they asked me how my meal was. I will be coming back to this location soon! Palm Desert staff needs to train with these folks, seriously.

My husband and I went to Jersey Mike’s on the week that they opened after our son bragged about how good they were at the Temecula store. What we loved most was the bread — it wasn’t what we expected. It had great flavor, slightly toasty on the outside and soft on the inside — but not mushy like at other sub places. I got the chicken parm and it was everything I hoped it would be. My husband got the philly cheesesteak and had no complaints. They slice the meat for you right then and there. We got a to-go order for our daughter and they even did the oil/vinegar on the side — it was a nice touch. The employees were a little scattered, but it was the first week they were open, so I totally understood. Everyone was very friendly and explained the menu — which was completely new to us — very well. The only real downside was that I was excited to see the Luzianne sweet tea, but it really tasted like unsweetened Lipton — I was really disappointed. We will definitely go back after they’ve had a chance to really get going — it was definitely better than the usual subs in the valley.
