OVERPRICED. 7 $ for an 8 inch sub with barely any meat! better to just go to subway. service was friendly, but if you want a sandwich with meat, go elsewhere. Very expensive, they charge extra for cheese and pickles.

Meh! I wanted to like this place. It was okay. I ordered the turkey sandwich with bacon. I used their online ordering to place my order, paid for it online. I picked it up and an $ 8 sandwich I was not pleased. I think as over priced Jersey Mikes is, I’d much rather go there.

I absolutely LOVE Jimmy John’s, it’s quick, good and fills you up. Flaws with this location: 1. They go cheap on the meat… It’s a sandwich, and I pay good money for it. LOADITUP! Don’t go so cheap… 2. They have a very high turnover rate. Literally every other time I order, there is a new person delivering. I get it, who want’s to deliver. But keep your employees. Obviously you’re not paying them enough to stay. Pro’s: 1. Staff are nice. 2. Fast delivery(Which it should be– I live 2 blocks down the road) 3. Easy ordering process Other than that, I still order from this location quite frequently. Also, a suggestion: They should have a loyalty card…

Sunday November 29th. My 3 year old daughter and I walked into this store while my husband was in the car. They had no customers at the time and several employees standing around doing nothing. I came in to order six sandwiches to go, only to walk out and go across the street to Jersey Mikes where we got exceptional service. When I first walked in, I was greeted with«what can I get you«not a hello from the very start. I requested a smaller size sandwich for my daughter who is only three and regular size Sandwiches I was told I could only order the mini or whatever it was called, but would not be allowed to add tomatoes or anything else to the sandwich. I found this odd but continued with my order and instead ordered her the large sandwich so that I could get what I wanted on it for her. As I continued with my order I requested a sample of the tuna due to the fact that I am pregnant and I cannot eat deli meat. Since my taste buds have changed due to my pregnancy, I wanted to see make sure that I liked the tuna versus ordering it then not liking it. The girl looked at the guy behind her and asked if that would be acceptable and he said NO. I looked at them and told them forget it cancel my order I’m going somewhere else. They didn’t care. I went across the street to Jersey Mike’s where they helped me and also catered to my daughter and I. There, they gave her a kids meal which was a small sandwich with tomatoes. The thing that got me the most was the tuna sample. At Jersey Mike’s they had no problem letting me sample the tuna, which I ended up ordering there. I will never return to your store due to your terrible customer service.

What the heck am I missing? I ordered a #4, Turkey/no mayo, and that’s exactly what I got. But everything was just so bland and plain. I agree with Veronica B. This place makes Subway AMAZING by comparison. And while I do like Subway, I never thought it amazing.(I guess I need to give them more credit!) I guess there is just a market for really bland, boring food. Rock on, Jimmy John’s. Rock on.

So I walk in last night and there is one other customer in the store. Barely get acknowledged and order a veggie sandwich and it smells amazing in there, like I wanted to jump in the bread oven! I order my sandwich and about 1 minute goes by and it’s ready, everything is going great and I’m on my way after a 15 hour day at work, I get home and I’m ready to devour my sandwich. I pop open the perfectly wrapped ‘which and there is stands in all its STALE bread glory, hardly any mayo, 3 pounds of lettuce, 2 slices of cheese, 1.5 tomato slices, and 2 cucumber slices. I add my own mustard. Salt and pepper so I can finish my dinner with mediocre delight. Sadly, I had high expectations for this sandwhich joint and multiple people have told me how amazing it is, plus $ 7.07 to get out the door for this pathetic sandwich, I’ll catch you on the other side jimmy johns. Subway for the win!

All my experiences here were exceptional. I really appreciate the great customer service. Good customer service is hard to find and this location definitely isn’t lacking in the customer service area or food quality. If you haven’t yet been to jimmy johns, you need to stop by and try a sandwich! *my favorite is the beach club*! My husband is always trying new ones and I try them and they are all so good. Jimmy johns never ever disappoints! Do your life a favor and drop by!

How did this place get anything less than 5⁄5 stars??? I literally live on Jimmy John’s delivery. It can not be beat. The quality is excellent; and everyone knows when a sandwich is made for you it taste better. So how do you think it taste when it’s delivered to your front door with a Large sprite/coke, a pickle, chips, and a cookie? It taste like god blessed you himself with this jewel. The JJBLT is the best sandwich ever, but then again I just love BLTs. Jimmy Johns over subway all day, and I live right down the street from a subway. It is actually closer but I will go out of my way or pay the $ 1.50(or something) delivery fee for JJ’s. If you have a problem, make the sandwich your damn self.

Jersey Mikes across the street is WAYBETTER! Seems like JJohns may have been listening because it sounds like from other reviews they have oil and vinegar now. But, still, boring sandwiches. I can put together better sandwiches at home. I go out to eat for a pleasurable experience, I just don’t get this place at all!

I ordered the #4 Turkey Tom on the 8″ menu and I brought it home(I live 7 mins away) and the bread was soggy. A pickle costs extra, it should come with. The taste of the sandwich was a bit salty The unfortunate thing is the best part was the chocolate chip cookie. I wouldn’t come back, I stick with subway as far as large sandwich chains.

I went here last night, the atmosphere was amazing! The staff was friendly but the food was mediocre at best. The bland bread makes subway seem like a 5 star restaurant.(Don’t get my wrong I love subway) and it is much more worth the money! 5 $ footlong all the way. You get more choices of sandwiches and bread. The here meat was meh… not many toppings. Overpriced. All in all I would not go back.

Placed a large order for a birthday party today. When we went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready and they didn’t have record of it. Frustration started to set in. The manager was able to find the order. They started on it immediately and offered to deliver it even though we live outside of their delivery area. I’m a firm believer that how a company and its team recovers from an issue weighs more than if they don’t have the issue in the first place.

The atmosphere, and customer service is amazing! Delivery orders have almost always been wrong somehow. But they either partially refund, one time even delivered a brand new order within 10 minutes. I feel the drivers are on such a short time allowance that they rush to make the sandwiches without reading the actual orders. Missing cookie, or pickle, or didn’t keep tomato off. Fast delivery time, courteous drivers. The bread is amazing! Music is pretty loud inside but it’s kind of fun that way. Outside seating on a patio with umbrellas. My husband is super picky and won’t eat subway or jersey mikes! Only JJ!

I personally enjoy the simplicity of the sandwich options here. Makes it easy to choose and, as far as I’m concerned, you can’t choose wrong. Bread is fresh and tasty. They don’t skimp on the meats and veggies either. Last time I was here they gave me a couple of loaves to take home too! Staff is very friendly and quick. Everyone is always busy doing something but they pay attention to the customers. Can’t wait until the one up the street from my house opens!

**update to my review** I ordered a Country Club #11(turkey and bacon). My sandwich was handled to me at the register before my payment transaction was finished. When I got home the sandwich that was given to me was ham and cheese. I don’t eat ham so I had to throw the meat out. I was so upset after a couple of bites, I threw the rest of the sandwich away. I wanted to like this place, but maybe they should slow down and make sure they are making the correct sandwich.

Why 1 Star: 1) Annoying Greeting 2) High Price for Sandwich with little mean. I think there was 3 slices of deli meat. 3) Terrible Quality. The bread was decent, but seriously… I mean his was a joke. I’m sure it’s owned by a franchise…

This place is awesome! We ordered 2 sandwiches and they delivered them in 10 minuets. If you like sub’s I suggest you stop in or have it delivered. The Gargantuan is probably one if the best sandwiches I have ever had. I hate to admit it, and will probably get grief from Daniel G. for this, but, I think it’s better than Jersey Mike’s. Really. You can even order a jar of pickles for a side. Which I suggest you do. They are good. Just 4 stars for now, but I think after a couple more times this place will get 5. ***Attention Corporate. Jimmy John’s or commonly known as JJ’s is fairly new here in California. My family has been going to JJ’s for years when ever we were in Las Vegas, which is where we first fell in love with them. Their breads are baked fresh daily and has a good texture to it. Not too soft and not hard like a baguette. The bread is so good, we buy loaves to go, for our own home made subs. The meats are very fresh. Enough said on that. The freebies are your typical fixings that you prefer on a submarine sandwich. This location in Laverne has been open for two weeks now and usually service suffers until they get some experience, but not this location. Their staff were very friendly and helpful especially for those new to JJ’s. I’m just glad I discovered this new location and just like when I would be in Vegas I made sure to stop in, I know I’ll be returning here often even though it’s a 40 minute drive for us.

Perfect place to grab a tasty sandwich especially if you’re in a rush. I placed my order and It was ready and waiting for me by the time i had dispensed my soda! In addition to the great food, the upbeat and welcoming atmosphere makes this place a winner. Kudos to management for motivating the team to provide great customer service. Good to knows: Bread is amazingly soft and tasty You can sub the bread with lettuce for a healthier alternative They deliver ! They cater to parties You can call in your order and pick It up Have them cut your sandwich in half or in 3 and individually wrap them if you don’t think you can finish it all at once. Did I mention that the bread is yummy? ;)
