They have not been in La verne for long but they sure have my pick over subway! Great sandwiches and prices! Would come here again

Came in right before closing, and the girls here got me in an out even with a big order for the whole family! I love the turkey and provolone, but the rest of the family are big fans of the roast beef… low and behold, they ran out of roast beef at the end of the night, so I converted everyone onto the turkey side! #GobbleGobble

I was here today with a buddy of mine for lunch. Great customer service and the staff was friendly. I’m writing this review to stand up for the workers. Some lady was ordering her food and for no reason started complaining to the staff about how her sandwich was made. It was for something stupid like not cutting her sandwich purposely. She was even threatening to call the health service center to report them. Relax lady. No need to start problems because you didn’t like the way they prepared your sandwich.

Not the cleanest place, sandwiches were ok, probably won’t come here again, Quiznos better. And cheaper.

Jersey Mikes never fails me! It is by far my favorite sandwich place! The club sub is what i always order… Mikes way of course ;) The bread is always so soft and fluffy… currently wish I had a Jersey Mikes sub right now.

I used to love this place, but I will never come back again. I went in last week and bought 2 sandwiches, and both of my sandwiches had a hair in them. They usually cut the sandwiches in half, and BOTH sides of BOTH sandwiches had a hair in it. Needless to say I will never come back to this location, and somehow spend $ 14 on two sandwiches and a small bag of chips

Of course the sandwiches are delicious, best ever! I have to mention that this place hires the most friendliest people! I eat here pretty often, and I am always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. Great Job hiring these great people!

I usually love Jersey Mikes, but the employees at this location have the worst attitudes. I loved this place since it’s close to my work and usually has delicious food but I can’t stand to go anymore. The rude employees have scared me off. There is a lot of sandwich competition nearby anyways(Jimmy Johns, Panera, & Subway) I’ll go to one of those places where the employees are nice.

Not the best experience at this spot usually the sandwiches are made really well but tonight I guess some kid is trying to be a manager because he wouldn’t stop telling the kid on the grill to hurry up which I will say is the reason both my sandwiches were more bread with some stuff in the middle then a sandwich the kid was obviously new and having someone stand next to you and tell you to hurry up the moment I say what I want I wouldn’t be paying attention either so I think the kids name was Jeremy you did a good job under the stupid unnecessary conditions you were under It’s doubtful I’ll go back to this location after these sandwiches almost bad enough we had to get another food spot

This weekend we had a tournament at Bonita HS. Needed to feed 30 student athletes ASAP! Called spoke to Juliana and boy did the come thru! Even though they needed 24 hr advance notice for my order! They stepped up and accommodated my order in 1 hour! Great service outstanding staff that made it happen thank you very much !!

I am addicted to these sandwiches, I usually order the large Big Kahuna Philly cheesesteak. This is enough for my wife and I it’s also enough to have a little extra for lunch the next day. The workers are usually pretty friendly at this location. I really suggest you give this place a try, subway is secondary to me now, however, this place is a little bit pricier than Subway meaning you will pay approximately $ 15 for a large big kahuna Philly cheesesteak.

This place is so tight on the meat! Purchased a giant sub #9 and received a few measly pieces of roast beef and turkey and only 3 pieces of bacon(each piece about 5 in long). Keep in mind the giant is like 14 in in length. Not to mention the male server was rude and had attitude. I’m being generous by giving this place 1 star.

Service and Cleanliness are always in question at this location but the food is always good. I have had problems in the past but today was the final straw. After taking an excessive amount of time to get our office order handled, looking at dirty tables and dealing with sandwich shop employees that you’d think were working on Wall Street with the stress they convey, they won’t take a coupon from another local store… Done, from here on out I will be taking my business to the one off of Mountain or the one in Pomona. I love the franchise but this one I am done with…

Best sub shop ever!!! Forget you even knew that subway existed!!! First timers… I recommend #13 mikes way and add pickles. This place is a tad pricey but believe me tge fresh ingredients and unprocessed meat makes it worth every penny. The sandwiches are also huge portions. I have not found another place better when looking for a sub. Great job jersey mikes!!! #delicious

Oh, the bread. The bread is what sucks me in and keeps me coming back. The veggies are crisp and flavorful, but the bread… Just can’t get enough.

Came to this location hesitant as the last 2 times were not great. Order #13 mikes way hot off the grill with all the fixings and vinegars. Payed the 12+ and was bamboozled into giving a tip since I was asked by the sandwich artist if I wanted to give him a tip I could do so on the atm screen. So I foolishly obliged. Don’t get me wrong I tip and I tip generously, mainly at sit down eateries, starbucks or a bar. But for a sandwich, really? Anywho hot off the grill means hot off the grill not warm or heated it means HOT! When I asked for them to heat it up he responded with«no it must be the vinegar» whatever that means… He than put it on the grill and gave it back 30 seconds later. Long story short, poor training, forced to tip, dirty dirty tables. I WILLNOTSPENDMYMONEYHERE!

The sandwiches are delicious. The service and cleanliness is NOT great. The kids that were working tonight were too busy talking to each other, the guy literally stopped helping me to take a personal call. Then I waited for the cashier to finish helping her customers so she can finish our sandwiches. I know teens need work but please, train them on professionalism and customer service skills.

Great food. I love that I can get a «sub in a tub,» as I am gluten-intolerant and there aren’t too many fast lunch options that are wheat-free. I also love that the franchise is committed to the local community and participates in fundraisers. Hard-working staff(for the most part). Why not five stars? PLEASE, do the sidework: bus and clean vacant tables. Often we eat outside because there isn’t a clean table available. PLEASE, tell workers not to flirt, act silly, pull out cell phones, and/or take their breaks in full view of the customers. Saw an employee today swinging the cleaning cloths over the condiment trays, giggle, pull out a pink cell phone, join another employee eating his lunch at a table, then finally sit down to shoot the breeze. About 10 minutes later, another employee cleaned tables, swept the dining area. If two employees can take a very public break, and four others are working behind the counter. .. perhaps this shift is overstaffed(approx. 2 p.m.)?

Hi, Tons of mixed reviews on this place… so even though it is close to home, we have been kind of hesitant to try. But, we took the chance about a month or so ago and have even come back a couple of times since. To walk in, our first impressions were only so so. The place is kind of small and there were not many people working there at the time we first stopped by to eat. The counter area where you order is loaded down with bags of chips out front which is not totally attractive. A soda(good selection with excellent Ice Tea) area is located off to the left, and an eating area with around maybe a dozen or so tables to sit at is located at the front of the store. There are also a couple of TV’s on each wall playing whatever sporting even happens to be on at that moment. The volume was shut off though so you could not hear the game. This was a bit of a disappointment. When we got to the counter we were greeted warmly by Melissa. She asked if we had been there before. When we told her no, she explained the menu, about the food, and even informed us we each got a free cookie for being first time customers… Score on that! :-) The menu was very limited and Melissa informed us there we many«hidden» choices and we could go to the website and see what other choices we available or we could just ask her and she could«basically» make us anything we wanted. I guess you cannot ask for anything better than that. We asked about the Philly Cheese Steak. We were told we could not go wrong ordering it. We took Melissa’s advice and ordered two, chose a couple of bags of chips and ordered a coke and an ice tea. Needless to say, we did not forget our free cookies either! :-) Melissa made the Cheese Steak sandwiches for us and she was totally right. The Philly Cheese Steak was/is Excellent! So good in fact, we have been back a couple of times for one and even brought in friends to try the same sandwich! Prices area a bit higher than some of the«other» sandwich places around, but I think the food quality is higher and I never get mad at paying a little more if the food is worth it! Bottom line is… Yes, we are fans. I teetered back on forth on the rating try to determine it based upon all of our visits. Definitely 5 stars for food and the Service and Treatment given by Melissa on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, the place only gets 3 stars of speed of food delivery when there is even a small line in the shop. The line creeps and the prep area just does not seem to be set up to handle any kind of major volume. Since I only give 5 stars to the best of the best, and I am not allowed to give 4.5 stars, I am afraid I have to give Jersey Mikes 4 stars. Go for the food and nice employees… hope for a short line when you walk in! :-) Enjoy!
