Round Table Pizza

This place is horrible. I walked in tried to order the all you can eat buffet. They just installed a new credit card reader and it wouldn’t work with my chip card. The girl at the counter tried 2 different cards. One mine and one my friends, neither would work. She then said that a regular card would swipe and work so I handed her a non chip card and that didn’t work either. We were told to go get cash. As we were standing there during the fiasco I noticed the buffet was almost empty of pizza and was like that for over 10 minutes… people were complaining about it as well.
I would recommend any other place over his one.

I don’t know if the food is any good because after waiting an hour and a half I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! This was their second chance and they failed again. Ordered online at 7pm, estimated delivery time 757. 810 NO pizza so i called and was told it was just out of oven and would be right over (we are 1 city block away). 830 rolls around and NO pizza. I called and was told we’re looking for your order– i said keep it and i will never order from your establishment again. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Terrible. I’ve gone in on Sunday and Monday nights, asked why no football on tv, they say they don’t get the channel. I asked to see the remote, what do you know, they do get the channels. Don’t get me wrong, the quality is the same as any other. But their hours are also terrible. Website, Unilocal,Google and store front say they are open until 1030pm Show up at 930pm, doors locked, lights off.

It is always exactly what you expect. Nothing extraordinary in terms of food or service, but I have never been disappointed. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking. Longer hours wouldn’t be a problem, but other than that …

For $ 30 I got a cold Large pizza with almost no sauce that was undercooked, yet somehow hard and dry. In addition my hot wings were never even tossed in sauce, just plain old chicken. Waste of money and time.

its rather sad that after 4 deliveries they still cannot find my apartment complex. I’m only 2 blocks away… do not order delivery, you will wait and extra 15 minutes and receive multiple calls asking for directions and they still won’t be able to find you. I’m ok explaining how to find my apartment within the complex, but if you can’t even make it to the correct address how am i supposed to help you find my apartment.

The pizza came out great. A bit pricey, but Janell provided me with the best customer service ever! Thank you, you guys are awesome!

Decided to try the all you can eat buffet with my preschooler one morning, and we walked in after 11:30 — the buffet starts at 11, but they had no food out. I looked puzzled and then asked the cashier/​employee if they still offered the buffet and he said «they do not make any of the food until someone orders, but someone came in a few minutes ago, so the food is coming out soon».
They have 2 pizzas and each one has half of a style (½ pepp, ½ hawaiian), 1 tray of cinnamon twists and 1 tray of garlic twists. The pizzas are tiny and they cut the garlic twists in half.
When we came in at 1140, the machines in the arcade were all turned off.
We spent close to $ 12 on the games, but after cashing out tickets they literally had hardly ANY prizes. It was all empty. So weak.
And, there was a female employee eating in the kitchen in front of customers, just hanging out! Not sure if I will go back…

This place is trash, terrible costumer service, and really pricey, don’t even bother

Lots of affordable lunch specials. Nice and relaxed atmosphere during the afternoon. Love the salad bar.

I’m an occasional diner since the location reopened. My most recent Friday evening take-​out visit found the staff inattentive. The specialty pizza toppings were noticeably sparse, the crust excessively salty and a twenty buck disappointment.

Ordered from here since it was close. I thought it would be good since I enjoy the one in La Canada but they let me down BIG TIME. Way over priced pizza they tasted down right nasty, oh and did I mention there were hardly any toppings? Some of the pizza even had no toppings. Would I go here again? Me don’t think so!!!

Great return to a one-​time Skinny pizza for yours truly. My only issue is $ 14.00 for a small pizza. That’s a bit pricey.

IMO, the best pizza in LaVerne

We were soooo bummed when the last half of our pizza slid off of the tray and onto the floor… But the staff was kind enough to give us a new fresh pizza free of charge. We will definitely revisit!

The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because I love their food.
We’ve been regular customers here for two years and I’ve never had a major issue I couldn’t get over.
Now there’s today. I placed an order for delivery at 5:52pm…7:15 rolled around and after watching for the last hour for a driver I decided to call to see what was up. Was told «I didn’t answer my phone and the driver didn’t have an apartment number. they left.» They offered to remake and redeliver, but I decided to pick it up.
Now to the pick up.
We get there to pick up and were tilted «the remake» The employees were all sitting on the back counters eating and making very snarky faces at us and laughing. I go to pay and they were going to continue to charge us the delivery fee! When I disputed the fee I got attitude for it! They made me verify my number and come to find out they had it wrong. Dillan seemed very inconvenienced by having to redo my transaction.
Hopefully management reads this. Your workers are lazy and sitting on the kitchen counters eating and making smart ass remarks about customers. My fiancé noticed your kitchen is filthy and the floor is uncomfortably dirty…
PS. Train your team to talk shit about customers AFTER they’ve left! Not while they’re standing there.
After 2 years I’ll drive to another location and be contacting the corporate office.

1. There’s no dumb food gimmicks. They don’t have cheese stuffed in their crusts, and they don’t roll pizza dough in sugar and call it dessert. They make good pizza, period.
2. When I was a little girl, I was skeeball champion here (’89, ’90 and ’92, respectively). Now, my eight year old nephew throws down in their newly remodeled arcade like nobody’s business. Yup, we STILL runnin’ this bitch.
3. Actually, my point up there was supposed to be about longevity… because, you know, what does it say about their pizza if they’ve seen generations come back year after year? Probably something good, que no?
4. They make a damn fine veggie pizza. They chop their veggies just the right size, so there’s never any awkward, gigantic broccoli trees or anything.
5. Pretty sure they don’t offer broccoli as a topping but wouldn’t that just be SO good?! Round Table, are you seeing this!!! Anyway, they DO offer artichoke hearts, spinach and zucchini, which is very cool of them.
6. If you happen to be hungry Mon — Fri around lunch time, and have $ 6.99 burning a hole in your pocket. you can come here and they’ll trade you for all you can eat pizza and salad!!! I’m tellin’ ya… these Round Table people are real stand up characters.
7. Pretty sure they use real cheese. I mean, it’s American cheese, so it’ll still ruin a healthy digestive system, but at least it’s real. Not like other places — that shall remain anonymous (*rhymes with Pizza Butt*) — whose cheese congeals by the time I get to my second slice.
8. The employees always seem happy here. I dunno if it’s genuine, or if they’re just really good actors, but I don’t care. It translates into great customer service and that’s something I DO care about.
9. Ok fine, I do happen to care about how employees are treated, so I asked the girl who boxed my pizza how she felt about working on «Black Friday». She giggled and said they don’t get busy like retail places do and then said she likes working here any day of the year. And THAT, mi amigos, was absolutely genuine.
10. I don’t really have a #10, but I couldn’t end my list with 9, clearly. Just go get some of this pizza already — it’s good stuff.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into this round table was the very pleasant atmosphere, colorful painted walls, very clean, new furniture, many large screen tvs. The arcade was awesome for my nephew to play in, never seen such great prizes at a round table.
The staff was friendly and gave my family a great vibe.
The best part was the pizza and SALAD BAR, YUM!

I’ve been to Round Table twice now… and I just don’t get what the hype is about. I can’t say it’s the greatest pizza I’ve ever had, and frankly it’s not that great. On both occasions I had their veggie pizza and it was okay… I’m not a huge fan of their dough… An obscene amount of dough on my pizza is a turnoff… Pan crust pizza at Pizza Hut will always be my favorite. And the salad bar… That’s okay too…
Will only return if friends drag me for lunch. other than that I will not be returning anytime soon…
