I have been very impressed by this business. The doctor is willing to spend extra time to listen to your concerns and wants to work with you to find solutions to your eye issues. The receptionists/​eye specialists are very nice and made sure I was completely happy with the glasses I purchased. They even gave me their honest opinions on what color/​size/​shape looked good on me. They did not try to pressure me into buying anything and they were so patient while I was busy being indecisive. I would 110% recommend this business!

I had an extraordinary eye care experience. It’s been a while since I’ve had an eye exam so I was really concerned about my eye care. Dr. Liu and his staff are very professional and experienced. Really, really good customer service. I came almost a year ago and had an eye exam done, followed by ordering a years worth of contact lenses and also getting new glasses. Never had an optometrist suggest better contact lenses suited for my eye shape, and my glasses are so light, comfortable, and beautiful!
I needed to get a refill on my contact lenses. I currently live in Santa Barbara so it’s a bit of a drive for me to go and get it done in the office, so I called and since my prescription had not expired yet, they ordered my contacts for me over the phone. They can have it delivered to your house, or you can pick it up in the office. Friendly people, great service, awesome selection of frames too.

Just moved to La Verne and was in need of replacing a broken pair of sunglasses. Was helped out quickly by Melissa as a walk in. Looked for a pair of prescription sunglasses and they had a huge selection, more than everywhere I have been. I checked out Costco, La Verne Optometry, and a couple others and was very pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I wanted. From walk in to order and leave was less than 15 minutes and very happy with my purchase. Will be sure to be a regular here for eye exams and glasses from now on.

My family has been seeing Dr. Liu for three years. We have always received excellent care and advice from him. He is patient and thorough. The staff also provide high standards of service. I had an issue with the frame of my new glasses and they patiently helped me adjust it to fit me perfectly. We are very satisfied with the care and service we receive at Utopia.

Dr. Liu is the best eye doctor I have seen! I’m very pleased with his professionalism. My teen daughter has very bad astigmatism and has not been able to wear contacts that she can see with. Dr. Liu took his time, was very patient and after multiple attempts with different types of contacts found a contact lens she can wear and see. He didn’t give up! I have seen other eye doctors who basically tried one time and told me there was nothing they could do for my daughter. So if you are in need of a great eye doctor, come see Dr. Liu. My daughter and I are very grateful and very happy to have found Utopia Optometry. All the staff is super nice and very helpful!

I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to squeeze me in that afternoon, which was great. The staff was extremely patient, It must have taken me 2 hours to choose my frames. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. Would highly recommend!

The staff and optometrist was very helpful and quick in getting my exam and glasses checked. The optometrist answered all my questions and was knowledgeable. I loved all the frames that they have to offer, and I wish I could get all my favorites! Will return for next year’s exam.

I have been going to Dr. Liu since he opened Utopia. I have always been impressed with his thorough exam. He is the first Optometrist to actively help me with my chronic dry eyes. His staff are wonderful! He also has a very nice collection of eye wear to choose from. I just got a beautiful pair of Jean Lafonts. Great selection!

Dr. Liu is great and the staff is very professional and friendly. Rosie’s helped me every time I’ve gone in for the past three years. She’s always sweet and accommodating with the daunting task of picking the right frames for my face. It’s hard to find an office where you can say that both the doctor and the staff are wonderful.

I got corneal abrasion so bad by worn cheap Korean contact lens that I bought online, it hurts so bad I can’t even open My eyes. I came visit Dr. Tim to see if there’s any way to heal.
He is super nice and really helpful! Due to my eye situation was super bad, I came visit Dr. Tim back and forward couple times in a week, he is super reliable and taking really good care of his patient until my eyes fully recover. He professionally checked my eyes carefully every time I visited, and also prescribed some useful eye drops. Corneal abrasion never happens to me before and I’m super worry about it if there will be any seeing problem in the future. Dr. Tim answer my questions patiently, and it really helps my eye healing faster!
Now I’m fully recover and feel thankful with Dr. Tim’s help! Definitely recommend this place! !!!

Went to Utopia Optometry about 1 wk ago for my eye exam. Office staff and Dr. Liu were nice and helpful. Office staff was extremely helpful, on helping me choose the right frames for my sunglasses. They also have a great selection on glasses and sunglasses. Definitely coming back to Utopia for my next eye check up.
