It is not Dr Wong, it is his office staff, they are horrible. If you ask for the Dr. To call you he never does, I bet he never gets the message. Two times I requested him to call me since I could not get an appointment and I did not want to wait 2 hours so I figure I would ask him over the phone. My old Doctor I could email him all kinds of question and medical problems and it save an appointment.
Do to my new insurance I had to change Drs. But I would like to find another Dr I can at least see or talk to when needed I have many health problems and Dr. Wong is not the Dr. For me with a staff that makes him totally un touchable.

So pissed these idiots left me waiting two hours till they decide to Check my insurance and tell me that I can’t be seen unless I am basically dying or pregnant. You would think with a full staff someone would have checked my insurance. Incompetent staff and management had the nerve to blame me on top of that. Lucky I didn’t punch her in the face.

Horrible. Called to ask how much doctor charged since it’s like a clinic and was told $ 65 per visit. Went in to see the doc. Told him my symptoms. He gave me meds– no exam. Ran urine test and said they would call me in two weeks. Left. Felt better within a few days. Never got a call back from doctor with results– I guess I’m not dead yet. Then received a supplemental bill in the mail 3 months later to pay another $ 100. Seriously? Rip off! You didn’t do much when I was there. You didn’t call me back with my test results. And you quoted me $ 65, not $ 160. I’m filing a complaint.

Worst Experience in my Life… I went home and changed my provider ASAP !
Made a huge deal over an insurance billing that was resolved with one phone call. They refused to get off their butts and re-​bill my Insurance. After confirming over the phone it was taken care of, we made an appointment for shots. Upon arrival they REFUSED to see a 5 month old baby … and have they audacity to believe i would pay them after there rude and STUPID remark… these people dont care about patients. they cant even fake that they do … Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
