went to a hair lady for a long time here and I live far away now. I called to make an appointment (was on short notice– but this had never been a problem before) and was even called for a verification of said appointment. I show up and am told my appointment is actually on Wednesday, even though the message on my phone even says Tuesday April 1. sorely disappointed as this is my only day off that isn’t on a Sunday when they’re closed. very upset with how this situation was handled, I was offered nothing but a «sorry I only have 30 minutes– can’t do it»

Sadly, my nail tech, Margaret moved with her family to Hawaii. Lucky Thing.
Connie Nall is the new nail person there and she is just super. I met her through a LivingSocial promotion and am really impressed at how customer service oriented she is.
She also makes custom jewelry and has produced some nice pieces for me at very reasonable cost.
