Jimmy John’s

Today at 1:15 PM, after politely telling one of nine or ten staffers on duty that every single table top was dirty, and that there’s literally no where to sit, he sad «we’re very aware of that, sir.» My order apparently went to the bottom of the stack, as I stood there for fifteen minutes before asking and finally receiving my lunch. Still no where to sit, so I wiped off a table to begin to eat. After nearly forty minutes, a kid came out to begin wiping off table. I finished up my lunch, was on my way out the door, when the juveniles began sarcastically hello come back and bye bye.
Jimmy Johns is typically a decent place to grab a quick lunch. I’ll think twice before walking into another and will certainly not return to this local when visiting Omaha in the future.

I’ve written this before, but I need to say it again to give context to my review: sandwich shops aren’t my favorite. They’ll need to do A LOT to get a great rating ‘cuz in most cases, I can do the same thing at home and Jimmy John’s doesn’t do much special to change that attitude. Most of the sandwiches here are standard fare without much adventure or new to experience. My kids like it and it’s healthier than McDonalds so I oblige. At least this location is close to home, it’s convenient to a quick stop in before a long drive on I-​80 and it’s clean and well kept. I will say that they tend to hide the napkins for some reason I still can’t comprehend. I haven’t tried their delivery yet, but that may come soon… if I can ever remember that they provide such a service!

I love Jimmy John’s. This one doesn’t seem to be as well managed as the others I’ve been to…

Only JJ I was not greeted cashier said nothing to me not even can I take your order? I just ordered, guy looked miserable he needs to be fired. Fast service only good thing.

I have ordered from here 2 different times and both times they got my sandwich completely wrong. The sandwiches are just typical cold sandwich fare, not great not bad, just ok, but I have yet to be blown away by a sandwich shop — a cold cut is a cold cut is a cold cut. But getting my sandiwch right especially when you put grass on it — which you cannot even take off if you don’t like it, that puts you in the below 3 star range.
Learn to GET IT RIGHT!

They make their sandwiches as well as any typical Jimmy John’s does, but their delivery times are horrible. I can see this location from my apartment building (not exaggerating), yet it’s taken upwards of an hour to receive my order. Since this level of delivery retardation is not typical, I’ve not given them one star. But it is very aggravating to wait so long for a damn sandwich to be delivered.

Great location right near the hotels in the area. Typically Jimmy John’s speed and accuracy and above all, very friendly service. Highly recommended!
Other options in the area are all pricey/​slower etc.
