Had an issue with the left channel going out on my new radio from Audio NW. Took it in to Jesse. They got right on it and found a wiring issue. They took pictures of the problem to explain it to me; although it was not necessarily their issue, they took care of it and I drove away happy!
My recommendation still holds, great place to get a car stereo and great customer service!

I just had my third installation done by Northwest and as before, they did a great job. To accomodate an iPhone, they removed the stock radio and put in a new unit. Their attention to detail, expertise, and friendliness made it easy.
The main reason I like them is the depth of their staff. The owner is a custom installer who backs up his installers

The Guys who run this shop know what they are talking about. They help me pick out a new bluetooth for my car. Audio Northwest have lots of cool stuff from HID’s headlights, alarms, stereo, amps, speakers. Go check them out
