Came here at 4:45pm, nobody ahead of me. From time of order to getting my food, 4 minutes, so not bad at all. I got a single cheeseburger, fries, and drink. Burger was pretty good, patty was too small for the bun, but no overly so. Fries were a lovely mix of crispy outside and soft inside, my favorite. Taste was rather bland though. Overall, more expensive than fast food chain crap food, but better quality. $ 8.13 for the meal, not bad.

Darn good burgers and fries! A little pricey, but soooo much better than any chain in the area, so worth the extra $$. Their fry sauce is good too! Didn’t give 5 stars because it could be better if used local, free range, grass fed beef… and I’ve had better fast food fries… so gotta save that fifth star for a different burger place! If you like In & Out style burgers, you’ll dig these.

I love this place! Hands down the best burger you will find in Oly. It’s just a drive up, no inside seating. Free fry sauce that is amazing!

It was good. Wayyyyy overpriced though. Onion rings were delicious. Shouldn’t cost $ 15 for one person to eat a burger, rings and a small shake…

The food here doesn’t taste fresh. The fries taste old and frozen. There was no potato skin on my fries. The lettuce on my burger tasted nearly rotten. The patty was warm, but didn’t have that fresh off of the grill taste. I didn’t care too much for the Daddy’O sauce. I really liked the cherry limeade and the pickles on my burger! Maybe I have high expectations, but I was expecting this place to be more similar to Five Guys or Dick’s.

I should have read the Unilocal review more closely because I was looking forward to sitting down to enjoy some good burgers. So I was surprised to arrive at a drive through burger stand. The server had a great attitude and was very helpful. Kudus here. The burgers were reliable standard fare. Not anything memorable enough for me to make the drive there again but if I were in the neighborhood I would give it another chance.

This place is out-friggin-standing! McDonalds is right around the corner, for the love of God please don’t go to McDonalds. Burgers are awesome, old school drive-in vibe. Friendly folks serving good old fashioned calories on carbs. Eat here, you’ll smile.

I went here because of the high reviews, but was very disappointed. The burger was hard and dry and the fries were not very good. The kids working in the back were shooting straw wrappers off the straws, and they were more worried about horsing around then working. It took a a long time for my food. Don’t think I will be returning to this place!

We’ve been here a few times. VERY poor customer service. The girls who claims her mother is the manager is a snotty little brat! My husband is a Purple Heart veteran who she refused service to because it was 10 mins before they closed. I’ve worked in customer service for 8 years and NEVER seen a customer treated this way. Will be telling EVERYONE I know about my horrible experience. And will not be a customer anymore.

Thank God for Unilocal.Without it, I would never know about some of these hidden gems. Saw Daddy O’s on Unilocal when I was in the area. The burgers looked good in the pics so the family and I stopped in… Or rathe drove in. Daddy O’s is a small drive up establishment. They have a few outside tables but there is no dining room. It doesn’t matter… The food is worth it. The burgers are delicious. Lots of fresh lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. Their«special sauce» works well with the burgers and fries. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the burger patty itself was a little thin.

Stopped at this little place over the weekend. Burger was fresh, yummy, and very filling. We got the Deluxe Burger with everything on it and an order of fries. Everything was hot and made to order. The fry sauce was good and different from the normal«fry sauce» that everyone else serves. If I’m back in the area, this will be on our list of places to stop and eat.

My husband and I are always looking for a good new burger place in town, this one took us by surprise! Location is a bit out of the way — actually, it’s right next to us, we never would have known it was there had we not been looking up places online anyway, though. The menu isn’t huge, but as someone who hadn’t been there before I was glad not to be overwhelmed due to there being too many choices. The burgers were tasty, reasonably priced and didn’t take forever to get our order up. Good work guys!

LOVE their burgers and onion rings. Just wish the hours were open a tad bit later, but it’s completely understandable for a small little place like this. I feel like they would do really great opening another location maybe somewhere around the hawks prarie area?

It’s a really small little drive-thru place. The reason why I came here was it because it had a 4 star rating and the majority of the reviews were good. The customer service was great! The burger was a bit small in my eyes. I did get a regular Daddy O which was a #1 but if you are really hungry get a #2! It’s a Big Daddy O. The fries were a little unseasoned, so they didn’t have that much flavor at all. I felt like I was eating a batch of fries from the night before. They say to get Fry Sauce. I was expecting some really good sauce but to me, tasted exactly like Chick-fil-A Sauce. Sodas were a bit small and tasted a little flat. Very overpriced. All of this came out to $ 8.50 for one meal. If it were up to me, I wouldn’t come out of my way for this place.

Daddy O’s is a small drive-up hut that is set up in the urban sprawl that is now Lacey. It wasn’t too long ago that the whole area was covered in either fields or woods. Now it’s occupied by office plazas, strip malls, roundabouts and the occasional housing development, in other words, suburbia. It’s strictly a drive-in. It does have a few tables off to one side of the tiny building. They are heavily into a 50’s nostalgia thing there. A lot of people are going to find that cute or charming, but I think it’s a little too on the nose. It also is reminiscent of the Johnny Rocket franchises –small, corporate burger joints that I really don’t enjoy that much. When I received my order, the bag had some heft to it. I took pleasure in that, because I was pretty hungry that afternoon. The shake was good. Nothing too spectacular, but very nice. The fries were skin-on and not cut too thick. They were crispy and very well done. The burger was pretty substantial and I had only ordered a single. It was tightly wrapped in white butcher paper and it was all but bursting out. It’s a well constructed burger. The patty was cooked nicely with a good crust development and you know my feelings on that by now. The cheese was properly melted and the bacon was thick and crispy. Daddy O’s secret sauce is the good old Russian dressing or fry sauce variety. It was nice and thick and they didn’t apply too much of it. There were also some onions and pickles. I love pickles! The only remaining ingredient was the lettuce and that was the only issue I had with this burger. Simply put, they use far too much of it. I know that they are doing this intentionally and that it creates a terrific, full profile for their burger, but that really comes at the cost of overshadowing the other ingredients. I like lettuce fine. It provides a nice textural contrast to to the other ingredients, but too much seems like filler. That is a small criticism, though. These guys are great and the burgers are terrific here! If you’re ever in Lacey you should most definitely check them out!
