incompetent idiots stay away from this place…
I made an appointment a day in advance for a brake inspection. I needed replacement drum brake pads as a check was done 4 years prior and the word then was 40% or less left.
I told this to the person taking the appt on the phone. I also gave the make and model.
During prior checks with Schwab and another Firestone outlet that I have used before both warned me about the «Ford proprietary nut» and made sure one was available if needed. It never was here at the Slater Kinney outlet…
So this time, I come in thinking they know this and they make me wait 1.5 hours to deliver the news that they can’t even crack the drum brakes for an inspection because they don’t have the nut and the local Ford dealer will take another ¾ hours to deliver it.
I was watching while waiting and the mechanic and their supervisor were yucking it up, slowly working on other cars while my car sat with the wheels off for .75 hours. They knew about «the nut» while I sat there waiting. When i finally went to the super in the garage the moron told me about the nut and said it would be another 20 minutes with an FO attitude. When I told him I thought he was acting like an ASS he blew up and acted offended when in fact he treated the customer with total disrespect by ignoring my car for too long (the check was only to last 30 – 60 minutes and they knew I had an appt following this one).
A totally unprofessional experience… Sad, considering I had good service from Firestone Harrison St before many times…

To make matters worse they further wasted my time with a «full car inspection» detailing my need for new tires and other service when I never asked for this.

These guys are amazing! I work in a company that gets oil changes done on a daily basis and these gentleman have always provided amazing customer service and fast work. When my car needed an oil change I drove the extra ten minutes to go to this location specifically. Amazing work, guys. Keep it up!

I was in a crunch, called Chuck and I was assured my vehicle would be taken care of! Less than 3 hours later I was on the road! Highly recommend as they took care of my car issues with no worries.

Greeting service was great. Way behind today usually no issues. I stated to person checking me in. To please do a check of everything heading on a long road trip. As I’m checking out I was told I have an object in my tire if it goes low come back… Uhmmm wait what. Not trying to head to Cali pushing the gas and get a tire blow out. They did do a repair right then. But waiting an hour an 45 minutes for an appt made oil change then that… Makes you rethink.:

I live in west Olympia and make the trek over to the Lacey location because it’s the best Firestone in the area. When you come here ask for Kevin. He knows what’s up and will help you out. I have nothing but great things to say about him because he was so thoughtful and knowledgeable – he truly listens and cares for all his customers. I haven’t met the other employees here but they always give a friendly smile and wave when I drive up, so I am sure they are nice too. Thank you Lacey Firestone! I will be back.

Have been in here several times in the past year. Flat tire repair, new tires, & this last time front brake & replace headlights. Always treated professionally from behind the counter !! Good people & highly recommend them.

Stay away, especially if you are a woman! They’ll tell you that you need service that you don’t need. I’ve checked out many of their recommendations with other mechanics who laughed. They are constantly upselling. Told me I needed new tires. When I realized they were under warranty and they would owe me money on a new set, I suddenly didn’t need them. Then they called me a month later trying to sell me tires. I would never trust them!

Excellent place, will continue to get my business. My vehicle needed tires right before the new year along with an alighnment. They we’re starting a big sale in 2 days but decided to give me the sale prices on the tires I was purchasing. They informed me that my TPMS’s we’re ok but would need to be replaced in the near future. Well the near future came sooner then I thought so I took it back 3 weeks later for 1 TPMS failure. Later on that day found out that I had 2 other slow leaks due to the TPMS’s. Took it back the next morning and they replaced the other 3 sensors for me for an awesome price, one that I couldn’t say no to. So with that, Thank you Chuck and Chris the 2 guys at the front counter for taking care of me and My family, I will refer anyone that may need service to you guys.

Had car trouble on my way up to a camping trip. They answered the phone before they even opened and gave me EXCELLENT service on Sunday morning no less. Chris’ diagnosis was able to find the problem and they had me on the road in no time. I was very pleased with the good service as well as the price.

Josh from Discount Tire arranged for Josh at Firestone to replace the broken studs on two of my wheels. They got the job done at the price they quoted and did it with smiles and efficiency. Impressive service and surprisingly reasonable prices.
