I had my company car here a few time in the past so I figured they earned my trust to bring my personal Jeep here. Had them check the breaks, alignment, spark plugs etc and they did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. I have now hard them put mufflers on my old 1956 Dodge truck and it sounds soooo nice now! This will be my go to place for any car repairs in the future. Always treat me well and get the job done.

Had an issue with my van’s heater, and these guys were with me for months, fixing the problem. Did a lot of work they could have charged me for, but didn’t. Excellent work, not over-​priced. These guys are the yardstick to measure all other places by.

Best Midas I’ve ever been to. Had to do emergency brake job here. Was given best price in town and was never upsold! I needed other services done and drove down from Seattle to just come back since i can trust this place to do good work.

Thought it would be a simple headlight bulb replacement but they found more faulty issues with it. Recommended that I brought it back to the dealership and I did. No charge but when I went back to my dealership they told me $ 159 for diagnostics, unreal. Wish I had put my money into this Midas location. Friendly staff and I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Best service in town.
Their are honest, fair and won’t up-​sell you on needless parts or services.
I first visited here because of my personal vehicle and I was tired of Jiffy Lube. Not only was their service less expensive, more timely and more thorough, the also remembered my name the next time I went it.
The customer service, professionalism and ethics of this shop are hard to find any more.
I how send all my work vehicles to them. I know I’m going to be well taken care of.

As the title says: Lacey Midas is always courteous and professional. Not to mention FRIENDLY! Dave Mattern is a nice guy and any other employees I have ever talked to (in over 4 years I’ve been going there) are also friendly and informative. They will recommend things that may need attention, but I do not believe that they have ever tried to tell me that I NEEDED something that I did not. Thanks guys! :-D

This is one of the last honest mechanic shops in town. They don’t try to rip you off with changing the air filters like Jiffy Lube does, and will offer you the best deals that they have running. I came in for an oil change, and even though they didn’t have to, they offered me their $ 19.99 oil change special, when I was expecting to pay $ 35. They are fast and always helpful. My check engine light came on, and I took it in. They looked at my car and explained that my thermostat in my car sensed a quick change in temperature (probably when I was attempting to defog my windows when stuck in traffic). They could have tried to rip me off by telling me something was broken and charged me an arm and a leg to fix it, but they didn’t. Highly recommended!

I have a regular mechanic that I have been using for years… and I have to say when he ended up sick before my trip – I panicked a bit. I took it in to two different places to get a vacation check and run through of needs – which ended up being more than I thought. Anyway, I called Dave over at Midas in Lacey – and he was so helpful, told him what the other places recommended and he met it with reasonable pricing, was able to get me in the next day… AND stayed late on a Saturday to get it done so I could have my car for the rest of the weekend. I had brakes, struts/​shocks, tires, and cv axles done.
I do not do reviews normally – but thought I had to give these guys a thumb up.

Unhelpful and terrible customer service. I pay to get a service done and end up skidding across the highway in full tire lock. They screwed up more then what they were fixing. Last time I use their service.
