Excellent pizza. I love the idea of having one price with as many toppings as you want. Their gluten free crust is excellent, problem is that it is cooked with the regular crusts, so if you have a severe gluten allergy I would not go there. The service is fast if you go inside to order. I ordered online and it took an hour before it would be ready. Their salads are excellent, but I was disappointed with their shakes. Over all, it’s a good place and I have been their several times.

Super quick and polite service. I go for the build your own and usually land up having a piece left even when I get the mini, which is like five dollars. From feta to sundried tomato, from spicy Italian sausage to balsamic fig glaze and sri-«rancha» they have a huge variety of toppings. If they do not put on enough of the topping I choose I simply speak up and they lay it on thick. I first went to a mod in Seattle and it was not as good. Though almost! The staff are always so kind and sweet. I tend to the more organic fare when possible. This is a place I come back to because it is tasty value and good music and consistently great staff with quality management each time.

So good! Wish I never discovered it. The guys can never get over the fact that they can have any and all meats on their pizza. It really does seem too good to be true.

Really disappointed last few times we have been there. They are so skimpy with toppings. I am a healthy person who eats a reasonable amount of food and am not asking for a ton just more than 5 slices of pepperoni and enough cheese to cover the sauce. I asked for chicken on my salad and they literally gave me a tablespoon size. We usually just get a few toppings so when we only ask for a few please don’t be ridiculously stingy. I hate that now that it is popular and established they are getting chintzy. Don’t like begging for olives smh.

MOD rocks! Fast, fresh, and delicious. I eat their mega salads at least 3 times a week. Super healthy with tons of delicious veggies and meat. Trying to build that MODBOD ;-) The staff is really friendly and fast! There is usually a long meal, but they blast through it super fast!

Decided to give this place a try and really happy with the friendliness of the employees and the fresh pizza! First thing you notice when you walk in is every employee gives you a hello regardless of what they’re doing. Pretty sweet. So many topping choices it’s definitely overwhelming, or it was for me at least because I wanted to try a half dozen different combinations right away. I ended up with a mini crust mod pizza with chicken, anchovies, chicken jalapeño sausage, canadian bacon, olives, roasted red peppers, onions, and some mozzarella. Be aware that the mini crust pizza is not very big and so it might not be filling to the average adult! Besides that, the pizza itself was really good! Loved the thin, crisp crust. Really appreciated the thin layer of red sauce and sprinkle of cheese so the taste of my toppings could stand out more and not be drowned out by a thick, doughy crust or an overabundance of cheese. The only thing I didn’t care for were the anchovies. They were very salty so I’ll probably steer clear from them next time I come in. But I will definitely come back. There are so many different topping combinations I’m excited to try mixed with the various sauces and any final touches after it’s been cooked! The staff was friendly, the pizza cook time was speedy quick, and the pizza itself tasted delicious! Already looking forward to the next time I stop in and have another tasty creation :) Eat here!

Had a great experience! Always fresh and delicious ingredients. The restaurant was clean(as well as the bathroom). Took a friend who had never been and had great service. YA-YA was super nice and friendly. I live right nearby and I love this location. Better than any other I have been to. I will definitely be back.

We love this place. It’s quick, fresh and family friendly. I stop by for a quick lunch or bring my kids here for dinner. They all love to pick their own topping. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. They make the thin crust pizzas how you like them. Very fast and very clean store. Alex seemed very in tune with making sure your pizza was to your liking. Even my mother and father were very impressed with the friendliness coupled with professionalism by Alex and the store staff. Nice array of drinks also. Best pizza place around! Goodbye Pizza Hut and Dominoes, as Mod Pizza is our go to pizza place now. They really make you feel welcome.

We really enjoy this place. The price is very good for what you get. A medium pizza can feed my wife and me, especially with all the toppings. My only complaint is their food is too salty. But maybe that’s cause of the sausage, Anyway, nice place and cool concept.

This is a high school hangout at lunchtime so don’t expect to get super fast service here during that time. In the evening when the big kids come out, it’s much nicer. I normally get a family sized salad(I eat like a horse) and maybe breadsticks. I really like how they let you put in whatever you want so I can have a guilt free waddle to my car and feel less guilty when I get in my car since all the vegetables will have digested. Never been here before? Beware, they YELL greetings as soon as you step in the door. And yes, it’s directed at you. Don’t look around, they are talking directly to you. As the door opens and the breeze wafts in, it must awaken these young workers into realizing that«Yes, there is someone at the door!!!». Try the sodas as well, they have Mexican Coke and all kinds of «fancy» sodas you can find in Whole Foods. I dig the place.

Great pizza! They make it how you want it. If they make it wrong and you tell them them they make it over. Big brick pizza ovens. It was my first visit and I got a drink I didn’t like. They let me try something different at no additional cost to me. I plan to go back sometime right now I have been busy trying different places.

This past Wednesday(12⁄29) I had my first and last experience with Mod pizza. I decided to order online so I wouldn’t have to wait in line and pick up on my way to work. I sent my first order through and the website bounced me back and said my order had timed out and that I needed to do it again. Okay, that’s annoying but I’ll do it. Sent in another order. About 10 minutes later, in the car on the way to mod, my cell rings. I have terrible reception but heard that they were wondering why I sent in two orders. I tried to explain the situation but the call dropped, which is my problem but oh well, I thought. They’ll probably scrap one when I get there or only make one. Wrong. I showed up and explained the situation to the cashier, I was met with rudeness and complete disbelief. Not only did they not believe that I didn’t want two exact same pizzas, they tried to give me someone else’s pizza. That’s right everybody, I had to argue that someone else’s pizza wasn’t mine. My name is Krystal B. Someone else ordered with the name Kris M. Not even close. Eventually I gave up arguing with cashier and stepped back to wait for my pizza. Once I got both of these ridiculous pizzas, I asked for a drink cup. I had ordered a drink with each order but was only offered one drink cup. When I went to get a drink, the entire drink station was out of carbonation and the Powerade was out too. I threw the cup away and just left. I had to pay $ 20.52($ 10.26 per order) for two pizzas and two drinks. One pizza I didn’t want and two drinks I never received/couldn’t have drank anyway because the machines weren’t up kept. I also spent 20 minutes in Mod pizza which is ridiculous for a pick up order at a place with«fast» on the building. What really bites is that my pizza was good but I’ll never return because of how incompetent and rude the staff is.

I give this place a five star — the pizza is good, but really, it’s the staff that give this place the high rating Quick, correct, and friendly … We couldn’t ask for more. They make your pizza exactly how you want it… It’s like making a subway sandwich without the stingy franchise owners parceling out minimal toppings. Love the brick over crisped crust! And I love that they have cheap beer pitchers This place is a hidden gem and won me over … Crisped pizzas baked to order plus ice cold draft… Stop in, you won’t regret We walked from Yelm highway area, a very convenient location.

Definitely a sweet deal for vegetarians! All the toppings you want on a thin crust pizza. Flat rate! I started with the Tristan and pretty much added all the veggies. Garlic sticks are a must. Also deliciously sweet tea and lemonade! The only problem I had was with the person working on my pizza who ran to the back to get onions for my pizza. He came back with the same gloves to finish my pizza. No change of food gloves. Umm. Contamination anyone?! Shouldn’t there be someone to restock the toppings? But other than that little incident I was very pleased with the service and food. Ambiance is definitely hip, warm, and vintage. A thumbs up for posting pictures of your employees? as artwork

I have loved the pizza every time I come altho they are skimpy on the cheese everytime. Today is the first time I have been here with my wife and have waited in line, while waiting I am watching the people handle change, computers, reciepts, and tools without changing gloves. I find that very gross. You have no idea where that money has been and how many people have handled it before it ends up on your toppings, as a growing business they really need to pay attention to how sanitary the prep workers are being. Specially since they are making it right in front of you

Took forever to get service even though I ordered online and went directly to the cash register when I arrived. The garlic strips looked and tasted terrible. The pizza crust is nothing to write home about. I guess the price point is OK if your someone that loads a million toppings on your pizza. Not for me.

My husband and I were pretty excited to try this place! I was mostly excited to try their gluten free crust because I had heard it was awesome! Let’s start with the good: — it’s something different. In a world of pizza huts and dominos, it’s nice to have pizza that tastes significantly better! — you can make your own pizza if you want. Picture like chipotle and subway meets pizza, but way better.(Not a fan of either of those places) the business model is genius though. They have pre planned out options if you want, but it’s nice to be able to take stuff off or add stuff. — the service is great! It was super chaotic when we arrived and we waited in line awhile to get to the pizza line, but the people behind the counter were beyond nice and smiley! Super helpful and accommodating when I asked for more of a topping — THEPIZZA of course! Was excellent. I don’t usually like pizza that much at all, and I got the Dominic on gluten free crust… Perfect. Just the right amount of flavor and the gluten free crust was to die for The bad: — toppings are put on in some scarcity. Do NOT hesitate to ask for more of a topping if they jip you of more than you want. For instance I was given a pathetic amount of basil at first, I asked for more, and he said«oh of course!» Now that’s what I like to hear. — busy at times, consider ordering online if you want to just get take out — gluten free crust is only available in the«MOD size», which is their 11′ pizza. Not the mini or the large. Kinda annoying since I only wanted a mini. In the future I hope they modify this. Overall I would totally come here again. It’s way better than any other fast pizza in town! Come here, and bring the kids! They’ll like making their own stuff :)

We have previously gone to Mod in Tacoma and it was great, so we were excited to see the location opening near our house. Being brand new it should be noted that as a business overall they’re doing a good job. The wife, kiddo and I went on a busy busy Saturday evening– literally a line out the door. All things considered, since it seemed like pretty new staff, they did a great job. The place was slammed and they seemed to be having some issues with the pizza dough smashing machine sticking… Thus backing up the line a bit. Needless to say, the staff all remained extremely helpful and friendly. I have one complaint– my mega mad dog(#2) got scorched around the outside. Not a little– but a proper ring of black. But I figured. Whatever, the joint just opened they’re beyond busy, in starving… and the inside of the pie was okay so what the hell. I’ll just eat it. Upon sitting down my wife noticed there was a feedback QR code on the napkin dispenser. So I did their survey and shared a picture of my scorched pie. No joking – as we were eating I got a call from the district manager named Kirk, who was super nice and apologetic. I said, no big deal, mistakes happen and you didn’t lose a customer over the issue. But he insisted on shooting is a gift certificate which is pretty awesome sauce and not expected at all. Basically, this place is great for a few reasons: *it’s a welcome addition to an otherwise stagnant Lacey dining selection. *clean, modern & fun place *friendly staff *good for groups and kiddos *they seem to stand buy their products and want to provide the best service possible. All in all check the place out — it is a chain, but you wouldn’t really know it.
