Terrible customer service. This review is from my parents…
«Have left several messages… Then finally after months and four different messages left, we received a call back. Only to have a no-​show for the appointment and no courtesy call. So disappointed since we had previously spent thousands with Olympic Blinds already… Will never recommend them to anyone. Beyond unprofessional.»

Absolutely horrible customer service. I emailed them and called them twice in July and no one ever got back to me. Then 3 weeks ago I called and left one more message, and no one ever called me. I’m done with these guys and I hope you all avoid these guys too.

Olympic Blinds was able to make and install window blinds in our new home 3 days from the estimate. Other vendors were not able to even come out for an estimate that fast. Service was courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

I reached out to the other Unilocaler that went out of his way to write the initial on this local window blinds company. I even talked with the owners about his review and the issues he raised. I wanted to get both sides of the story before I made a decision on window coverings… blinds are not cheap! :)
Rest assured Olympic Blinds will take care of you. I don’t believe the other review best represents this family owned business at all. I mean look at his creepy profile pic for crying out loud! haha! :)
There was obviously some miscommunication with the other Unilocaler, but I would stand behind Olympic Blinds any day after the service and treatment they gave me. I had 10 window blinds installed, top-​down-​bottom-​up because I live on a ground floor unit. That way I can let the light in, but people walking by can’t see in. Great idea Brian! I also got a vertical glide for the glass sliding door! It’s the sweetest thing ever! Love it!

These guys totally jacked up the price on our blinds and when I got another estimate she came in under HALF of what they were charging. When I told Olympic blinds about these they suddenly remembered they had a special for the month and then came in in 30% under what the 2^nd woman gave… how convenient!
Olympic Blinds was not that involved in the design process. They had copious amounts of materials to share and I felt extremely overwhelmed with the volume even with their limited assistance. After an hour-1.5 hours we finally were able to finalize selections for the home. The price tag was substantial which included a mixture of honey comb blinds and tint for the windows. After speaking to the third consultant we found out that our windows were already tinted (a charge that was not needed). The estimate given was also supposed to be at a 15% discount because of a referral.
The person we actually went with helped guide us extremely well through the design process. I told her, as I informed the previous two people bidding of the job that I had no knowledge of this process and she graciously walked through our home telling us what would look great from both an interior and street perspective. She was with us through the whole process providing input and guidance not to mention other design ideas (she’s a licensed interior designer as well). By the end of the consultation her bid was under half of what we were quoted by Olympic Blinds which included hunter douglas (according to her and Costco’s blind guy the best you can get) 2 in wood blinds that match the surrounding wood PERFECTLY and look amazing from the interior and exterior! We also received five additional blinds at a cost that came in under HALF of the what was quoted by Olympic Blinds. (Again Tint was not needed on our windows which I confirmed with the builder)
