Staples Copy & Print Centers

Dropped off a few large format posters for laminating. They took the time and care to make sure they were flat befit laminating, and even trimmed the damaged edges do the finished product was clean and sharp!
Did I mention that I had contacted a FedEx/​Kinko location to check pricing? Staples was half the price and half the quoted time for quality work. Highly recommended.

I have been going here for years and have always had great customer service. Today I went to pay and I had a coupon. The cashier said it was only for online purchases. Well the Manager (Mike I think) worked hos magic and I was able to use it! Thanks Mike! Copy center great too! Quick
and efficient!

This is the second time I have encountered rudeness from Rick! He’s annoyed by questions, parents with children, children, and heaven forbid you give him the wrong rewards phone number! No future customers in the making here. If you are that annoyed with people maybe working with them is not best!

Called to see if a specific Toner for my printer was available… within 2 seconds the response was «we don’t have that one»
I ask, «how do you know off the top of your head what you do and don’t have?»
Answer «cause I’m the only one in this department»
I then reply, «can you please help me find a store that has one then?»
He says «sure»
15 seconds after searching his systems he replies…
«Looks like we have a few here»
2 stars because this staples always seems to have plenty of inventory and the guy helped me look for a store that would have what I needed since he thought they didn’t carry it
Still puzzled how the guy was so sure they didn’t carry that toner I asked for… good for him… maybe it slipped his photographic memory this once

RIDICULOUS that this store closes at 7p. Absurd! All other south county Staples close at 9p. Again drove to the Office Max down the road. Why???

Placed a Christmas card order and was very satisfied with my service, thanks to Carla who was willing and able to help me! I appreciated that she took so much time to help assist me through my process. Thank you Carla!!! My cards turned out amazing thanks to YOU!!!

They had staples and other miscellaneous supplies my lady wanted that’s what’s good!
This location isn’t very busy as there’s not a ton of businesses in Ladera. So you will get in and out fairly quick.

I went into staples today to get ink and make some copies. I had been to another copy place and they couldn’t help me with my project. But Taylor who works in the print /​copy department came over and helped me reduce my copy and then she showed me a way to copy them nicer.
She took my yearbook and made copies on the machine that made my senior photos look amazing. She was so helpful and sweet and took complete care of me and I am going back to her when I finish my other project that I need copied. Great customer service and even the cashier working where I turned in my old ink cartridges was so nice and pleasant too.
And when I was knocking the other print shop one of the men in the copy department was a class act and didn’t knock then but thought maybe the person was on break at the time when I asked if they could help me out. Your employes were class acts at this store today. Thanks staples.

Horrible customer service!!! We bought a Samsung computer in June and less than four months later the hard drive crashed! Staples recommendeda new hard drive for $ 160. It took them a week and it still wasn’t functional! They sent a technician to my home and five days after he fixed it… it crashed again! Now they recommend filing a claim with Assurant who needs me to mail them the broken computer. So they can fix it and it can crash again?!? Meanwhile, I am without a computer before the holidays and fully stressed from trying to get this resolved with the Staples manager. Calls in to district manager and President of Staples and no response! I would Never shop at Staples again and recommend consumers go to Best Buy or Target where the customer service is so much better!

Closes at 6 pm on Sundays. It’s kind of tucked away. It’s next to Tilly’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Whats nice about this particular staples is that it doesnt seem to get a lot of traffic so they typically have things pretty well stocked. Most staples are pretty well staffed so if you ever have a problem finding something, just ask. I like the fact that staples now ships to store too but if your buying a lot of stuff, its typically just easier to ship to your house since shipping is free for order of $ 75 or more. Ive gone here a few times for black friday, and since this staples is kinda dead, I can usually find what im looking for without having to wake up at the crack of dawn.
