I’ve gone in this Home Depot several times and where I need help getting a nut, bolt, or ordering blinds the service is poor and I often don’t find a person competent to answer my question. I’m here n the store as I write this review and because the guy covering the blind dept didn’t know how to order blinds he just moved onto the next customer with hopes someone else would show up to help me order. That was 15 minutes ago.

Went there last Saturday to buy a hose. got in line at lawn and garden and the overwhelmed lady at the register says“I’m busy with someone right now“I said ok. the other clerk helped me after he elaborately put on his apron. both clerks looked to be someone’s grandparents. think this home depot should consider a youth movement

The McDonald’s of home-​improvement stores. This place is organized chaos. Many more store folks walking around to help you then say stores in the north where I live.
I take my mother here periodically for her honey do list for me when I visit her during the holidays.
Folks are helpful. Prices are reasonable. The place is huge. And the top it all off there’s a hotdog stand out front most days.

Amazing kitchen design staff. Whole store was very helpful. Cashiers were very efficient. FYI… Bathrooms are left side of building next to lumber! Also love the new «buy online pickup in store» feature on their website.
