Too busy for their own good. Servers are over worked so they often forget everything you ask for. You must repeatedly ask for things including a straw or silverware. Nobody’s happy. Very down and out environment. Worst ever experience with longhorns. Will never be back.

Just celebrated my parents 51^st anniversary at this location. Our server Courtney was INCREDIBLE! Not only was she knowledgeable and on spot, she was so friendly as well. She made my parents day special.
The restaurant was clean, staff friendly, food flavorful and nicely plated. Not to mention. Great happy hour drink specials on Saturdays until 7pm.
To top things off, Beth the Managing Partner brought out an incredible dessert on her and wished my parents a happy anniversary. After speaking with her for a moment, I asked if somebody from corporate was in the store, as I overheard a server mention it. Beth told me the director of operations was there. I asked her to send him over.
Beth sent Steve, the Director of Operations over to our table. After introductions I proceeded to express our appreciation for the service we had received today from both Courtney and Beth. I additionally explained to him that last year my parents had spent their anniversary here as well with a group of friends. However, the experience was completely opposite from this time around.
I felt it important to share the positive feedback from today’s visit and compliment the store on all levels for making my parents day special.
To our surprise, Steve generously paid for our entire meal and wished my parents a happy anniversay.
With over 30 years of management background behind me, I always recommend that guests always give a place a second chance before never going back. And, my parents are thrilled that they did.

Sat at a table with cold air blowing on us. Ask our waiter to move to another table. He threw his hands in the air, said go ahead and left. No help to move out drinks etc. Very poor service. They will be in trouble when Texas Road House opens.

Hubby took me hear for my b-​day. I had the 18oz rib eye with a lobster tail… OMG! What a good meal! My sides were mash and asparagus. I asked for a side of minced garlic which I was going to use on my potatoes (love garlic mash :)) they didn’t have minced garlic, but the waiter brought me out a side of «chimichuri» which was a mixture of garlic, onions and cilantro in olive oil… wow, it was so good I even used some on my steak. The steak was cooked as I asked, the lobster tail was also cooked just right, not over cooked and rubbery. The steak had the chargrilled flavor that I love. ummmm, almost eat the whole thing, but couldn’t fit it. I tried to save room for dessert, but it didn’t work either, so had b-​day cake at a later time. Service was great, drinks refilled, nothing was «forgotten». Glad we chose this restaurant for my b-​day dinner. BTW, this place is always packed! Know I know why!

This place is great. It’s in the Villages and i guess people in other reviews like to complain… But our experience was great. Megan was our waitress and was great! Food was well prepared. Clean and pleasant! Great work!

Great service, drinks, and food.
However, my friend and I both ordered our steaks medium rare — one came out medium rare and the other was medium well. Not a huge deal because I ended up liking what I had but in any other situation this wouldn’t go over well.
Service staff is super friendly and accommodating. I accidentally ordered a loaded baked potato not realizing it comes with bacon (which I don’t eat) and they switched it out with no problem.

French onion soup so cold. Steak badly undercooked, raw. Mgr comp’d entrees. Disappointed night for my birthday dinner.

Just went to pick up a to go order. I politely told the blonde woman at the bar that I needed to pick a to go order. The man behind me was waiting to sit back in his seat so I wanted to ask and get out of the way (the restaurant was completely swamped). Because she was in the middle of a task, she decided to tell me in the rudest tone «I’m in the middle of something but as soon as I’m done I will do that.» I’ve never been talked to by anyone at a restaurant that rudely or with such a negative attitude. Good food but not worth the poor customer service.

I called at 4:00 pm on 3÷11÷15 to get on the list for four people at 5:30pm. This is what I was told to do. This was special since my daughter and son-​in-​law have never been to Florida and I wanted to have a nice evening dining before they left to go back home the next day. When we arrived at 5:30 we were told the girl never put us on the wait list. We waited 30 minutes before being seated
I found the service to be good but my daughter and son-​in-​law were disappointed in their 30 oz. porterhouse steak for two. It was more like a «T» bone steak.

I’ve never been there before and didn’t realize that every person over the age of 60 goes out to eat so we had to wait 45 minutes. But the food was worth the wait. The alcoholic bevarages were on point and so were the steaks. The staff were courteous and polite as well. So if you don’t mind the smell of poly grip and the feeling of dining in a bingo hall I would suggest this restaurant.

Good service, the burger was ok, nothing special going on but the Prime Rib was delicious. Make sure you try the Wild West shrimp which is an appetizer…

We’ve have had mixed experiences here but haven’t had too much issue in the past few years. Normally we go as a party of 8 which they are unfortunately not the friendliest place for. They do not take reservations, why can they not simply have a policy of allowing reservations for groups of 8 or more because it gets really hard to accommodate them when things get busy?
The drinks were slow at points but the servers apologized before we even said anything about it. Prices are reasonable and they gave me a full size shaker, filled for my margarita.
The waiter was even very good about my grandmother who ordered a piña colada and did not expect it to be frozen… lol. However when the bill came it was still on there even though she promptly sent it back.

Great service this evening (Cody) but steak was not cooked correctly and tasted like it was from Denny’s. Very disappointing. We usually go to Outback which sometimes has an off night here and there but the quality of the beef has never been an issue.
