Terrible Customer Service. I found a spot that wasn’t on my brand new dress when I took it there to be altered. When I went back they called me a liar and told me I must have been cleaning in my dress because the spot was from bleach. I picked up the dress the day before and had just taken it out of the plastic when I discovered the spot. They offered no resolution — no refund or offer to try to fix the problem They just called me a «liar» right to my face. If you care about your clothes DO NOT take them here.

I use Scottie Cleaners in Lafayette Hill for alterations (to hem my pants that are too long). They are so nice and very affordable. It was only $ 9 to hem & dry clean a pair of dress pants. I’ve gotten lots of jeans hemmed as well for a very low price. They look wonderful and fit great. The first time they had me try them on, measured my inseam so that now I know my measurement and have all my pants hemmed to that length by them and every pair of pants fits great now. They have a large parking lot out front, a pleasant atmosphere & are very nice and courteous, fast and low-​priced for such quality work. Excellent, I highly recommend them! Oh, just watch your step when you walk in as the sign says, I did not notice & went flying in almost tripping over the high step up the first time I walked in, LOL. Now I know ;-p Love them!

My dog peed on my down comforter and I just moved to the area so I did a google search and called around to find the best priced dry cleaners and came across Scottie Cleaners. Scottie Cleaners quoted me $ 32 for my King Size Down Comforter while the other dry cleaners nearby quoted me over $ 50! I visited today and the facility is pretty large, clean and owned by a very nice couple who said they would have it done by Thursday (2.5 days) or earlier if I needed it. I drive past this place every day but never noticed the place driving by but so glad I found it! Will start giving them my business for all my clothes. I recommend them because of their prices and service!!!
