Bay Area Windows

We have purchased windows several times rom Bay Area windows. We bought Marvin windows and were pleased with the quality of the windows, as well as the suggestions that were made by Bay Area Windows. The product and services were delivered on time and on budget. This was one of the few bright spots during our house remodel.

Eric has come to my house on two separate occasions, about a year apart, to work on two separate sliding Marvin french doors and a broken dead bolt on the front door. I don’t think Bay Area Windows installed the doors originally, but he repaired both doors for me expertly! One repair required parts to be shipped from the manufacturer. I will definitely continue to use Bay Area Windows.

Uh, sorry to hear about the previous users experience but it sounds like somebody needs a big time mani-​pedi & a tall martini.
Anyway, we needed about a dozen windows, a pair of skylights, two big ass sliding french doors, a custom stained glass interior door, new front door & some new hardware for our recent remodel. For something this big I would have loved to have given this project to a local P-​Town crew but the Bay Area Window guys made it a point to work with me & came out to meet with my contractor at least 3 – 4 times during our project. Needless to say everything fit, everything looked awesome & as remodel projects go, these guys were one of the few contractors that got their shit right the first time, didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need & delivered what they promised for really no more than even the big box/​orange «despot» people’s sales & installation folks quoted me.

Eric Ryner who owns and operates Bay Area Windows installed windows at our home. We finished our 6 month project last month and we definitely would do business with Bay Area Windows again.
Eric is very honest, hardworking, and generous with his time. He wants the job done the right way, does not cut corners. He is also very straight-​forward about billing, and is very reasonable!
Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend him for windows projects
