Craig was super helpful and nice. He was easygoing and honest when we needed a sewer line excavation and he spent a great deal of time consulting with me and my husband and even brought over specialists to help look at out plumbing problem and offer advice. He literally spent half an afternoon with us to help us figure out our problem (which other plumbers had quoted us thousands of dollars to fix) and we were able to find a solution that was much more affordable! Craig is a pro :)
