Hands down the best service of any restaurant in town. I eat here at least once a week. I’ve now starting using the mobile app. No complaints there either. I like the fact that the owner is there first hand helping customers. She has helped me several times. Anytime I eat in the restaurant they address me by name, asked to refill my drink at my table and even take the trash away when I’m finished. All the other restaurants need to take a page from their book. I’ve never had bad food here either. With the location so close to I-​65 it is always packed during lunch. I would recommend downloading the app and ordering your food that way. Very easy transaction and I’ve never waited more than a couple mins from the time I walk in the store. Rachel DeYoung, you have a great thing going here. Keep up the great work. I’ll always come back.

I’ve eaten at at least 3 other locations but has always been, by far, the best as far as the food is concerned. The food always meet or go beyond my expectations, however, I’ve only ever been there in the morning/​early afternoon, their off-​peak hours.

Great clean location but relatively hard to go to for a fast food joint off a main road. You have to take a stop light and go down a service road to enter. Staff is very friendly. Food maintains the same quality across all of their locations.

A very bright and cheery CFA just outside the Lafayette area. Very similar to the others… polite employees, fresh food, and ample parking. Very nice entry and very clean inside.

Very clean location with bright sunshine beaming in. All the employees were smiley and friendly to us with a sense of professionalism. How much do they get paid!!!
Food was good but the fries were so so. I got Spicey chicken sandwich. I don’t think I’ll ever like the waffle fries.

I know this is just a chain of delicious fried chicken and waffle fries but I just had to give review of not only how delicious the food was but also how friendly the staff was. From who seemed like the manager, he was super nice and accommodating, spreading the love of the chick-​fil-​a sauce! Two thumbs up on service. sometimes that really makes the biggest difference :)
But man those waffle fries and the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich… yum!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service, and a lot of consistency to their food! Whenever I don’t know what to eat, I know the obvious choice is this place.
The staff is very cordial, and if you eat in they also do what they can to make the experience nicer. You almost feel like you ought to tip them, to be perfectly honest. I normally use the drive-​thru, but I figured that was worth mentioning.
They also have fresh cut flowers at every table, and even though I don’t have kids, a LOT of advertised events for families. Pretty stellar.

This is by far THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. As a matter of fact I avoid fast food restaurants except this one and Popeyes. They treated me like I was at home and part of their family in the midst of what could have been a bad day… words can’t express how that made me feel™

Came through the drive thru to get my lunch. When they took my order it was fine, but the girl who handed me my food was very rude. Came at about 12:30. She handed me my food and turned around. That was it. No «have a good day.»

Stopped here on our way down to TN cause my daughters are fans of the place. I’ll never trust my daughters to make a lunch choice again. The soup & salad deal $ 9 was measly. I had a small serving of salad with tons of cheese. Puaj! My husband opted for a full salad and his was also scant and although he said the chicken on the salad tasted good, the leaves weren’t fresh. maybe the problem was not ordering a chicken sandwich and expecting salads to taste well. My Complaint here is the small serving size of the salads. McDonald’s does a better job. But… The kids behind the counter were sweet and the location was clean. Won’t do this chain ever again.

Great food. Great service. Extremely polite and courteous team members! Restrooms are clean and have mouthwash, diapers, wipes, baby changing area, and feminine hygiene products complementary. Will visit when I’m back in the area. It was «my pleasure» to visit here. 5 Stars! Thanks!

Excellent restaurant! I was really impressed with this location — a mouthwash station and free diapers/​feminine hygiene products in the bathrooms (see pics).
I ordered my usual – #1 without pickles (hubs gets his with extra pickles so we balance each other out), waffle fries and a diet lemonade. Eat it with the chick-​fil-​a sauce… soooo good. Then a small ice dream cone to pick up after we eat.
We don’t get to eat at CFA very often because they don’t have them very many places in L.A. Always a treat!

This Chick Fil A had better customer service than a lot of sit-​down restaurants in Chicago. I found they were extremely accommodating with all of my requested to edit the salad I ordered and someone came over part of the way through the meal to see if everything was okay. They also cleared the table for us. If I’m passing through, I’ll definitely stop by again – this place definitely sets a standard for other fast food places to live up to.

Yeah… So the food was excellent as always… But what blew me out of the waters, was their restroom: i took my daughter to the restroom to change her, and they had a basket full of diapers (dif sizes) and baby wipes. Also, next to the sink, they had a mouthwash dispenser w small cups…
Seriously, who else has that!!! They went out of their way to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. And the service was/​is/​and i’m sure it will always be… Perfect!
They’re just AWESOME!

I stopped for dinner on my way through to Indianapolis. I’m not sure what I had just missed, but the all of the employees looked bedraggled and dazed. There was only one cashier taking orders and when I arrived there were already three people in line and several others hovering trying to get ketchup or drink refills.
It took longer than expected to get my food, though I think the fries were fresh so they get a pass on that. As I was standing at the counter with my lemonade, the cashier who served me only minutes before looked at me and asked, «Did I help you already?» Seriously. Dazed.
The bathroom was a mess (again — I think I came in on the tail end of a rush) with toilet paper on the floor and the trash overflowing.
It all just seemed out of the ordinary for what’s typically a very clean, well put together chain. Maybe I’ll try again on my way home…

I love the chain! I have been to many locations in many states. This location has a lot to be desired. Only 2 workers on a packed Monday lunchtime — 20 minutes to get meal. Wrong food in bag! Glad we checked it. Chicken, soup and waffle fries were cold. Large fries was only half filled up.
Very hard to find entrance. It is before store. After store puts you in golf shop parking lot.
