I simply couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Ron. He’s very thorough (preventative maintenance service) and he explains everything he is doing and why he’s doing it… most importantly in plain English so you can understand. His attitude is great and you can tell he has a genuine interest in serving his customers to the best of his ability, something you don’t always see in a service technician. I would have no reservations about recommending Ron to any friend or family member, I know he would take great care of them.
