Called these folks because the cold just wasn’t that cold from the air conditioner anymore. The tech that came out explained what he was doing gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to determine the issue. He was very straight forward about how confident he was that he found the root cause of the issue and gave me options on how to possibly fix it. After I chose to go the less expensive route to try and fix the issue 2 times I finally decided the unit had reached the end of its useful life. I was put in contact with their specialist who reviews the attributes of your house, discusses your needs, and makes recommendation (s) which system (s) would meet those criteria. He walked us through every aspect of the project and made sure we understood it all. Once my wife and I chatted about it we made our decision. They were polite, professional, and respectful of our house. There was no pressure to change anything once we made up our mind on the middle estimate. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. We were so impressed with the them that we had them review and service our furnace and also signed up for their preventative maintenance program. When they reviewed the furnace they told use that it looked to be in pretty good shape for its age and we might get quite a few more years out of it.
I will recommend this place to friends and family. They are not the cheapest in town but I believe they are one of the highest quality shops and are worth every penny.
