Our family have been cared for poorly here. I’ve grown to actually feel angry, which is unlike any experience I’ve had with a Dr. office before. Some of the medical staff are good, if you can get past the rest of the staff. Lab results, prescriptions, billing– these are all big problem areas for this office; there is a portal patients are encouraged to sign on to, but it goes unused. Although this office supposedly connected with the BCH system, they do not seem to actually be connected… One must sign up for completely different portals for hospital, doctor, etc… If you come from a seamless system such as Kaiser, where records, labs, appointments, etc., can always be accessed — this practice and network is light years behind that.
When I complained, they blamed and ignored me and made me out to be a «problem» even to the rest of the staff, which was weird and unprofessional. Not recommended.

They have always been respectful of our family! I love going to Dr. Longoria and Flor the best, because they are bilingual Spanish-English and get my bilingual sense of humor and family values.

This is a very good practice! A family member’s midwife recommended Dr. Sharon Pittenger, who is a gem. She’s attentive and knowledgeable. I also especially like Dr. Mira Lee. We really hit it off, and she and her nurse made a very uncomfortable procedure go smoothly and quickly. Their good humor and gentle manner almost made me forget what was going on. The office staff are courteous and pleasant, and unflummoxed by whatever your insurance company throws at them. Thanks, ladies!
