Cutting Edge Build

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan Trudeau and his team at Cutting Edge Build. In the space of just less than 2 months I had the following done:
— new floors
— new kitchen — completely gutted and rebuilt
— two new bathrooms — also completely gutted and rebuilt
— all ceilings painted
— all new baseboards and door surrounds
— all new interior doors
— all new windows
— a plethora of bits and pieces — light fixtures replaced, pictures hung, TV mounted, sliding doors removed, etc
The kitchen, floors and baseboards were all done via email and phone while I was still on the East Coast and on vacation in Europe. There were no delays, Ryan was flexible and had good suggestions, and extremely reasonably priced. My house has basically been overhauled, and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend him and will be using Cutting Edge Build for pretty much everything that needs to be done inside and outside my house in future!

Ryan expanded and remodeled the master bathroom and bedroom. He also built mill work around fire place. We were very happy with his work. Ryan is easy to work with and communicate with us every step of the way. He and his team always arrive on time and completed the project on time and on budget. We did not use a designer. We worked with Ryan to create concept and plans. We highly recommended Cutting Edge Build.

Cutting Edge Build and Ryan Trudeau recently completed a total kitchen remodel on my Oakland Hills home. He also did a remodel of my son’s bedroom which turned out extremely well and he is quite happy with his new digs.
They did a fabulous job on both meeting and even exceeding my expectations, while coming in on time and on budget with both projects.
Ryan is an extraordinary designer and he literally transformed the prior average kitchen space into a contemporary design that is extremely well laid out and looks awesome. He provided a number of options and we worked collaboratively to finalize the design.
We picked out all new kitchen appliances which both function and look superb, including a built in wine cabinet in the kitchen. We together looked at 3 different alternatives and selected appliances which look and work great, while coming in 50% less expensive than the highest bid.
Ryan and his staff are personable and easy to work with. They are flexible, courteous and always willing to accommodate special needs and requirements.
