Lafayette Pack and Ship Store

Suburb customer service and attention to detail from Ian was so much appreciated. I needed to find a box for an item I wanted to mail. I first been to the Post Office, who closed their doors in my face as it was 5:00pm, then to CVS and to an local office supply store. I was so frustrated that I was having so many problems trying to get this item shipped. I was about to call it a day until I noticed Lafayette Pack and Ship Store as I was driving down the street. The store was open so I decided to park my car and take a chance. That was the best decision I made as Ian immediately knew exactly what I needed to pack and ship my item. I left the store with a huge smile on my face and so happy that I found a wonderful business to support. Thank you. I enjoyed meeting Ian and his lovely wife. I will not waste my time with other stores in the future, I will go straight to Lafayette Pack and Ship Store. Thank you so much for your suburb customer service. I really appreciate it.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We called in to get three sets of passport pictures and send documents through Fedex. The couple that run this store are welcoming, funny and have made a delightful little one-​stop shop with competitive prices and awesome customer service, never go to the Post Office again! ;)

Stellar customer service. Had a last minute package to send over the Holidays and Ian couldn’t have been more helpful. He carefully packed up my gifts and even called the next day to confirm my box had arrived. A great store and big selection of gift cards that are actually funny. Planning to come back soon for a mailbox rental.
