Be very careful when you buy jewelry here. We were repeat customers and my husband was trying to match a ring he previously bought here but it was not in stock so he was talked into buying a pair of rings that I did not want or need. I returned them the next day. The owner tried to charge me a fee for using a credit card but we had used a debit card so I called my bank and there is no fee so he insisted in charging a $ 150 restocking charge. Shame on him.. .he lost a good customer!

My family and I have received excellent customer service from Novina Fine Jewelry for 15 years or so. The jewelry is high quality, modern and tasteful. In addition, it is good to know that Vortek can repair watches himself, as this is his craft, unlike other places that just keep replacing batteries then say the watch is old and needs to be replaced.

i like this place, and was surprised to see the previous review! i have always had good experiences with this jeweler. he knows his stuff and was able to repair two old watches that were my grandmother’s. i have had him appraise jewelry for me as well. he is from a foreign country, and perhaps a bit gruff for some.
