I have been going to Lisa Marie for a few years now. She is a talented colorist and knows how to cut hair. She is knowledgeable about hair color and listens well. Lisa Marie is very friendly, punctual, and has a schedule that is flexible. I highly recommend her to men and women.

I have known Lisa Marie for almost 15 years and she an absolutely fantastic hairstylist and human being. You have heard of people traveling all over for their hairstylist, even when people move away. Lisa is one of those stylists who is worth the drive. She not only has years of experience in helping people look their best. She also has the caring personality of someone who truly cares about what your needs and wants are as a person. She is a great listener. If you want a great experience both personally and professionally, Lisa Marie is fantastic. You will know from the minute you call her for an appointment what a great experience you will have have.

Debbie has been cutting my hair for over 12 years now, and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. She listens, but also offers advice to keep me from slipping into «dinosaur» haircut and style mode.

I’ve gone to Debbie DiMaggio for the past 20 years and she is the best hair colorist and cutter I know – I get compliments all the time. She’s very hip and creative, but will take her direction from you, so you don’t end up with a style that feels wrong for you. And the salon has a great atmosphere – brightly lit and full of lively people. (Nice selection of costume jewelry for sale, too.)

A new addition to the team is Debbie DiMaggio; this woman has been a hair artist for 35 years, but she LOOKS about 35, so its rather hard to believe… if you are feeling the effects of time ticking — go and see Debbie! Not only will she create a sparkling new you, but she is FULL of age defying tips for hair and skin. Plus she’s adorable and fun.

Master Colorist Frank Lombardo’s new location! And boy was I glad I found him. His amazing skill with cut and color have taken years off my face!
I met him out and about and we started talking about what we did for a living. He told me he was a colorist and that he thought my salt-​and-​pepper hair made me look older than I am, and that a good cut and color would make me look more professional for my business — and he was right.
He picked a color that was called Hazel — a yellowish brown, and I have to admit that I was dubious, because it looked nothing like my original hair color, but he has 25 years experience, and I decided to trust him. I am glad I did — he covered up my gray in such a way that my hair color looks so natural and close to my original color that I am amazed! I keep looking in the mirror because I can’t believe how much younger I look.
I also let him trim and shape my beard — something I almost NEVER let a stylist do, because they almost always mess it up, but he found a good shape that complements my face and makes me look hotter and thinner.
Frank is absolutely amazing — I am so glad I let him convince me to color my hair.
The shop is cute and not too foofy-​girl, which as a man I appreciate — I felt comfortable there and not out of place. The owner, Lisa-​Marie, made me feel welcome, and the other stylists were all friendly and engaging, too. It’s pretty close to Lafayette BART station, too, and the prices are reasonable for the excellent service.
I will definitely be going back — Frank is a HAIR GOD!

Lisa Marie, the owner, has been coloring my hair for at least 20 years. I followed her from Robert Jensen salon. I found her by seeing fabulous hair color on a woman, stopping her on the street to find out if it was natural, then finding out who her colorist is! She REALLY knows color, and gives a good cut, too. Her salon has fine gifts and a really good nail technician. Her prices are reasonable. I have never been sorry or felt misunderstood after going to her… you cannot go wrong!
