I went to Paradigm for the first time today to do one hour of Pilates on the reformer.
The place feels welcoming and relaxing,
I had done Pilates before but only in group classes and on a mat. The lady who took care of me was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. She tailored the session according to my fitness level, my exercise habits and my needs/​goals. She was constantly watching my posture and explaining why the various exercises we did would be good for me.
I definitively recommend this place, especially if you have an injury, or if you want to try to stay injury free.

This place is amazing. Physical therapy, massage and pilates all under one roof! And EVERYONE at Paradigm is awesome. The front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. These women can work magic with insurance and schedules! The physical therapists do a little bit of everything, from dry needling to cupping to hands-​on manipulation. This is not just an evaluate and give exercises kind of place. And did I mention, you get a half hour of massage before EVERY PT appointment?! The massage therapists and Pilates instructors are all very knowledgeable about injuries and every single one of them brings something different to the table. I will definitely keep referring people to Paradigm and keep coming to them for my injury needs.

Paradigm is great! The quality of PT is higher here than anywhere I’ve gone previously. And– your visit is an hour long! They actually spend the time with the patient, they don’t just hook you up to a machine and leave. The massage therapists and Pilates instructor I’ve seen have all been fantastic as well. I’ve seen Laura for PT, Marianna for Pilates, and many of the massage therapists (mostly Stacey, Robin, and Andrea.) They were all great. And, they all seemed to have talked to each other about my care. It made me feel safer, knowing they were all on the same page. I highly recommend this PT office.

I first came to this place over 6 years ago. A great place for treatment and a great atmosphere. Still love it!
