Usually a hot mess. I don’t know if they’re understaffed at the moment but every time I go it’s a super long wait-either inside or at drive-thru. Also, they’ve messed up my orders multiple times but it just has been minor.

I’ve never been much of a Starbucks fan, but this location is a new low. I went in to try the new drink, Frappula Frappuccino. For some reason, I couldn’t connect at that moment how to pronounce the name of the drink, so I figured I’d just point to the frappuccino I wanted since it was RIGHTBEHIND the cashier. He tells me «I don’t play the pointing game. Which drink do you want?» I explain it’s literally right behind him, so he finally turns then points to the name and enunciates what it says. Never have I felt so humiliated and degraded by a staff member. He didn’t even bother to get my name for the drink. Thanks for the service, Starbucks.

Typical Suburban Starbucks. The coffee and food are clearly the same quality as you would expect at any Starbucks in the country. This location has a drive thru and although there always seems to be a line, it moves quickly. The baristas are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I only gave this location 4 Stars because it is always packed. Always a line, inside and out. Never any seating(people park it all day) and the parking area is very limited.

Typical Starbucks in terms of drinks. The barista forgot to ask if I wanted my receipt which isn’t a big deal but was a bit annoying since I did want it. There are a good amount of tables both inside and outside. They play their music really loud though so it’s not good if you’re trying to study or have a quiet conversation with someone. In my opinion, it ruins the coffee shop vibe if that’s what you’re there for.

Hopefully all Starbucks are not like this one. It has gone downhill. Slow service, out of almost everything and not very clean. I used to love Starbucks but not so much anymore.

If ever this location deserved a snarky review, today would be it. But I’ll keep it clean. Forgetting to get two separate sandwiches started for the same customer on the same day is statistically improbable and remarkable! Here’s how to fix this: Communicate. Listen. Act.(Perhaps some leadership/management attention is required?). And finally, don’t let your crew members nap in the customer area of the store. Really? Come on folks, be all you can be.

Starbucks is always worth 5 stars to me. This location, though tricky to get into, has quick drive through service so you can still make it to work on time!
