Subway

We generally have a favorable experience at Subway shops around town. This trip was a let down unfortunately. Service was slow and we were asked multiple times to repeat our requests for toppings and even which type of sandwich we wanted. Out of white bread, overall lack of cleanliness of the food prep area was apparent and we witnessed the attendant not washing their hands after handling money and returning to prepare food. When we wen’t to pay for the order, the cash register was vacant of $ 1 bills which made the change giving experience tedious.
These things could have been overlooked, however while eating our food in the lobby, the cashier and co-​worker were talking loud enough for anyone in the lobby to overhear, swearing loudly about how busy it had been and generally trash talking other employees for ‘sucking’ at their job. Not professional in the slightest. We also had to clean the table ourselves prior to eating, where leftover food had been left alone after the lunch rush.
We will think twice before returning to this location.

Quick lunch on Sunday as we are moving… Miranda and Sara behind the counter very cheerful and enjoying waiting on us… love those Sweet Teriyaki Chicken subs. Service was great… the place was spotless. We appreciate you being in Lafayette!

Terrible service, rude and slow. Just terrible at their jobs. The manager needs to hire people with good attitudes and people who know how to provide good, or even mediocre customer service.

I came in here for a big order as I was feeding the friends that moved all my belongings to the new house. Very nice and patient with all my orders and even thought to write names on the outside so I knew which person got which sandwich.

I am a sucker for subway.
I love this location fro it’s confused wallpaper and the awesome little oddly shaped booths. It’s just like any other subway, but the location is perfect. Right on south boulder rd…
sometimes the staff seems a little… moody. But as soon as i sit down with my ham, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato and Mayo in Italian all moodiness fades away, and i find myself in new york once more.
